Since adolescence, writing has been a tool for introspection: he jots down reflections and verses in simple personal diaries, marking the beginning of a literary vocation that has grown stronger over time.
His first collection of poems, "Frammenti d'Amore" (2016), published by Il Saggio, marked the beginning of a journey that continued in 2018 with "La Fonte della Vita," also published by the same house. Initially devoted to rhyming couplets, Simiele evolved toward a more fluid and introspective poetic prose, focusing on themes such as love, spirituality, and personal experience.
His style combines analytical depth and clarity of exposition, using a refined yet accessible language, without succumbing to sentimentality.
Her research is guided by a constant pursuit of authenticity and truth, both in content and form. Writing thus becomes a tool for existential reflection and the building of cultural bridges, capable of engaging readers across generations.
Simiele's career has been marked by numerous national and international recognitions.
Among the most notable are literary awards in Cairo and Bern, an Honorary Doctorate in Philology and Literary Criticism from the Dynastic University Academic Institute, and inclusion in the Wikipoesia portal for his significant contribution to contemporary poetry (on February 6, 2026, he was inducted into the Honor Roll as a co-founder, receiving a Certificate of Poetic Encyclopedism on March 21, 2026).
In 2025, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Literature from the Global Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence in Mexico, an award that recognizes the impact of his work not only on literature, but also on culture and society.
Recently, on July 27, 2026, through the International President, His Serene Highness Dr. Roberto Schiavone of Favignana, he received the prestigious international award for his poetic and literary career, the Hippocrates Primus Magister (Hippocrates First Master), from the Noble Academy Corpus Hippocraticum of Studies and Research of Salerno, as well as various other honorary and meritorious academic titles awarded by the same esteemed President.
In addition to poetry, Simiele is intensely active in journalism and culture. He collaborates with newspapers and portals such as La Voce agli Italiani in Cosenza and CefaluArt, intertwining personal reflection and social analysis. His articles, including "In the Dances of a Land of Hope" and "Paradiso perduto" (Loss and Search for a Forgotten Inner Peace), demonstrate his ability to observe the world with clarity and sensitivity.
He lives in France, near Geneva, but maintains a strong connection to his roots. His work promotes universal human values: solidarity, brotherhood, and intercultural dialogue. The coherence between thought and action, combined with rigor and passion, makes Simiele an example of how youth can become a resource, not a limitation. His voice resonates authentically, and because he is young, it is already surprisingly mature, destined to leave a lasting mark on the contemporary literary scene.
(Angela Kosta)

撕去最动人的篇章;
我握着你的手;

The Eternal Fatherly Love

I look at you and I search for the dock, the safe harbor,
the hand that once used to guide my steps.
But today you are a sea growing dark,
a sandcastle giving way below.
Your mind is a book that the wind flips through,
tearing out the pages right at the best part;
a memory falls like a leaf falls,
and you’re left bare, without your cloak anymore.
And yet, Dad, in this slow fading away,
while your own name slips through your fingers,
I’m learning a new way to give you to drink:
to love you in silence, beyond life...
It doesn’t matter if tonight you don’t know who I am,
because I know who you are and that is enough for me.
You are the heartbeat that remains, the true root,
the part of me that never breaks.
I’ll hold your hand while the darkness draws near,
I’ll be your memory if yours gives in,
because love doesn’t need closeness,
it’s a light that shines where everything goes out...

躁动与孤寂的帷幕之后;

Skies of Hope
The night turns purple,
opens its gates and flies toward the dawn.
Now I feel my soul upon me,
it smells like a deep purple-red flower swayed by the wind.
The sun in all its grandeur
peeks out between the islands.
Footsteps and footsteps that in their ceaseless marching
have no intention of stopping.
No one seeks peace,
even though the light refuses to be silent.
The clouds in the vast sky
glow with such intense gold
that in a moment they drift away
carried by the sound of the wind.
Slowly,
ever lonelier souls begin to wander.
Before, the sky was hidden
behind a veil of restlessness and solitude,
but now it has turned blue.
Down here it has welcomed
a serene day,
growing fuller and fuller
with the warmth of love.
That warmth will never falter,
because love will never fail.

MY LOVE REMAINS

Loyal leaves fall to the sea,
they let themselves go
like the wings of butterflies.
They feel like children,
newborns who, nursed, cry
and then, sated, smile.
You see them, blissful in their spaces,
the little lambs grazing in those meadows.
You hear the torrents that, often,
forcefully gush forth
and unfold into that sea
in their eternal return.
From within you feel once more
the beating pulsations of the heart,
the endless beats of love.
Endless emotions wrapped
in His sublime love.
Rhymes of a young man
addressed to the essence of the Creator.
My love remains
in this sea of love.
And again, and again...
Birds that at dawn go away,
flutter, organize themselves
and draw the skies
beautiful like airplanes
that trace their contrails.
Seagulls that intone
the unique essence of song.
Young people who, without boast,
create and play
the most beautiful music.
The fall of a shining shooting star,
like the descending of a
sloping and refreshing spring
and again, again, again
a universe of wonder
toward infinity...

Editorials:

Orlando Simiele's three poems are deeply sincere and emotionally profound, featuring rich and beautiful imagery.
