Some things are not worth pursuing because you see hope—you see hope because you persist.</p> <p class="ql-block">做奶酪我们是认真的！！！</p><p class="ql-block">10年来，我坚持用《奶酪的故事公众号》，研究奶酪技术，传播奶酪文化！</p><p class="ql-block">10年，我不停的研究奶酪，制作奶酪，走遍世界奶酪大国，访问欧美澳新奶酪专家；跑遍祖国有奶酪地方，寻找少数民族传统奶酪工匠和遗迹，我的足迹遍及云南，新疆，内蒙，甘肃，青海，青藏高原。</p><p class="ql-block">首先我把自己培养成国内外著名的奶酪专家，我又培养出很多奶酪专家。</p> <p class="ql-block">坚持跑步，让我看到不一样的远方与诗！</p><p class="ql-block">10年来，我跑了8000多公里，相当于绕地球2周。这种坚持竟然感动了上帝，派博士使者给我送来了亚瑟士跑鞋！</p>
