These strange stones also triggered my journey of collecting stones: One day, beside a mountain stream, I found a strangely shaped stone lying quietly in the quiet mountains and waters, like a sleeping beast, with its texture like the veins of mountains and rivers, telling an ancient story. I gently touched its surface, feeling the texture of the years, and an inexplicable joy surged in my heart, as if I was having a conversation with it across time and space.

これらの奇妙な石は、私が石を集める旅を始めるきっかけにもなりました。ある日、渓流のそばで、静かな山と水の中に、眠っている獣のように静かに横たわっている奇妙な形の石を見ました。その質感は山や川の脈のようで、古代の物語を物語っています。表面を優しく撫でながら、長年かけて培われた質感を感じていると、まるで時空を超えて会話をしているかのように、なんとも言えない喜びが胸にこみ上げてきました。

Since then, I often walk among mountains, rivers and streams, looking for traces of strange stones. Each piece of strange stone is a masterpiece of nature. I am fascinated by their various shapes and moved by their silent perseverance.
