随着我行新金融战略全面实施,代发工资业务作为对公和个人客户资金流、信息流高度密集的区域,也是全行深化数字化经营,实现高质量发展的重要业务领域。黑龙江省分行基于总行数据应用平台,以电子工资单客户的数据分析和分层分类为突破口,运用数据中台数字化工具和手段,为全行代发客群的营销提供有力的数据支持。

黑龙江省分行数据管理部利用数据应用平台SAS工具分析挖掘公共访问区数据仓库的电子工资单明细数据,从手机银行签约、手机银行月活、快捷支付绑定等维度出发,使用机器学习等大数据前沿技术,深度挖掘企业员工签约使用手机银行等重要产品的潜在价值。我行通过企业上传的工资卡账号数据,快速定位企业员工身份信息,智能联接客户对私产品情况,按照手机银行签约和未签约分别建立客户营销模型,模型结果直接对接神算子营销系统,针对客群特点配置专属权益开展数字化营销,助力手机银行月活客户增长,赋能其他对私产品提升。
基于企业级数据应用平台,围绕上传电子工资单数据、B端客户、C端客户等考核维度建立营销成效监测系统,利用平台发布的数据报表“黑龙江分行电子工资单C端客户活跃情况统计表”展现对比成效差异,既为业务部门调整营销策略提供重要抓手,又切实激发了员工的营销热情。

本项目上线推广以来,成效显著。全省电子工资单签约客户增长迅速,截至2023年四月末电子工资单B端客户达到499户,占黑龙江分行全部代发客户的6.9%,覆盖度占比排名全国第1位。
以哈尔滨新阳支行的数据统计为例,4月份该行当月月活客户从年初的42户增长到103户,增长61户,手机银行月活率提升20.26%; 本年手机银行签约客户从155户增长到284户,有129户客户在本年第一次签约手机银行,占全量工资单客户的45.9%;未签约手机银行本次触达客户33户中,未签约率逐步减少,与年初相比未签约客户减少了15.24%。
四、创新情况\t
一是实现客户智能触达新方式。通过打通数据中台与神算子平台数据壁垒,实现两大平台的数据对接,将企业员工营销模型结果直接对接到神算子平台,精准发送专属营销内容,吸引客户签约使用手机银行,参与相应营销活动。
二是完善营销监测数据闭环。针对企业客户上传工资单的员工明细数据,定期统计手机银行月活等维度数据,通过企业级数据平台发布报表,便于后续跟踪评估,实现数据回流助力营销策略调整,开展二次营销。
三是靶向聚焦代发客群直营。通过员工工资卡账号数据,快速定位员工身份,智能联接代发客群对私产品情况,数据赋能客户直营工作。
