转眼间,李老师对清水湾支行的导入培训已接近尾声,通过此次导入,网点全员得到的不仅是营销意识的转变,更是营销技巧技能的突破。谈起这次培训,我想我只能用受益匪浅这四个字来形容了。下面是我的一些心得体会和大家分享一下。
在学习中,每一次的技巧实战都是对每位员工传统观念的冲击,也是我们突破自己营销能力的挑战,这次对我来说是一次难得的学习机会,也是一次很好的提升自我能力的机会。俗话说:“一年之计在于春,一日之计在于晨”,一个激情的晨会,会让大家一整天都有个好心情,工作也更有劲。通过李老师的精心指导,我们的晨会变得更有纪律、更有活力。我们学会制定当日目标,给自己找到努力的方向,学会总结与演练营销话术,培养我们开口营销的自信并且能够做到面对客户的异议,心中有底气,不慌张。
特别感谢李老师的指导,为我们答疑解惑,让我们学习资产配置理念,从单一产品的销售转变到做组合营销。客户的需求往往并不是单一的,我们要尽可能的为客户提供全面的金融服务,同时还学习了如何去分析客户的心理,如何去了解客户的个人信息,如何加深与客户之间的关系;
通过老师的驻点培训辅导,清水湾支行的业绩也有明显的提升,柜面同事也都做到了一句话营销转介,大堂的同事们在迎接客户的时候,也是充满活力,态度亲和。
进企业外拓的时候,李老师也陪同我们进行示范营销,让我们学习到一种有效的批量营销方式方法,同时还接触到了网点沙龙这种活动模式。

【开门红旺季营销培训心得体会】

按照上级行安排,清水湾支行开启了为期两周的“开门红旺季营销”项目导入,首先要特别感谢市行领导对此次培训的重视,给予我们很好的师资力量,让我们在这次培训中,硕果累累,积累了很多业务知识和技能,为下一步提升我行网点的核心竞争力与可持续发展能力提供动力。
实践是提高业务知识的最有效手段,心态是提升开口率的最直接因素,有效的客户维护是提升网点实力的最强大武器。在日常维护客户时,要到多互动,多形式,多点赞。
多互动,通过发微信,朋友圈互动等方式,增加与客户的接触,融入客户的生活当中。多形式,可以一周为单位,除了发一些理财咨询外,也可以发一些天气变化和疫情防控等非金融话题,为日后与客户聊天积攒谈资。多点赞,可以通过客户的朋友圈去多点赞,评论,刷存在感。
李老师耐心辅导我我们,如何为贵宾客户和潜力客户发送认养短信,通过系统对客户进行分群分组并进行客户筛选,做客群分析从而进行精准营销;关注系统内的存量客户,通过电话的认养、邀约,短信的维护,从而增加客户的粘度;同时对理财快到期客户进行精细化管理,为客户的到期资金做好提示,防止产品到期客户的资产流失,及时做到客户资金的留存;
对贵宾客户,只要是来网点客户就及时递上一瓶水,让客户感受到我行对于他们的关怀;与客户交谈中,要精炼语言,要赞美你的客户,对客户进行定期维护,增加与客户的感情深度,拉进彼此之间的距离;
晨夕会时间,李老师会带领大家进行情景演练,指导网点全员针对中银慧投、手机银行月活等营销重点产品开展话术提升演练。
在今后的工作中,我也会以此次培训为契机,将所学到的知识,积极运用到工作中,不断提升自己的各方面技能,争取做一名专业的银行人;合抱之木,生于毫末,持之以恒的做好贵宾客户开发维护工作,全面提升网点效能。

多互动,通过发微信,朋友圈互动等方式,增加与客户的接触,融入客户的生活当中。多形式,可以一周为单位,除了发一些理财咨询外,也可以发一些天气变化和疫情防控等非金融话题,为日后与客户聊天积攒谈资。多点赞,可以通过客户的朋友圈去多点赞,评论,刷存在感。
李老师耐心辅导我我们,如何为贵宾客户和潜力客户发送认养短信,通过系统对客户进行分群分组并进行客户筛选,做客群分析从而进行精准营销;关注系统内的存量客户,通过电话的认养、邀约,短信的维护,从而增加客户的粘度;同时对理财快到期客户进行精细化管理,为客户的到期资金做好提示,防止产品到期客户的资产流失,及时做到客户资金的留存;
对贵宾客户,只要是来网点客户就及时递上一瓶水,让客户感受到我行对于他们的关怀;与客户交谈中,要精炼语言,要赞美你的客户,对客户进行定期维护,增加与客户的感情深度,拉进彼此之间的距离;
