课后学校在线注册流程

Katy After School Online Registration Process

***华夏katy 课后班网上注册注课***
为了提高工作效率便于管理， 我们华夏各分校各个program， 无论是weekend program还是weekday program, 都采取网上注册。目前已用paper 填表注册的所有课后班的学生都要全部在网上注册。

1)课后学校在线注册流程/ Katy After School Online Registration Process:
1. 到华夏主页/Go to Huaxia Main Page: houstonhuaxia.org
2. 到华夏katy分校课后学校网页/ Go to Huaxia Katy Branch After School Website：点击标签/Click the Tab "Katy Campus After School"
3. 创建华夏账户/ Create Huaxia Account: 点击窗口右上角的“在线注册”/Click "Log In/Register" on the right top corner of the : 华夏所有校区, 每个家庭只有一个账户/ only one account for each family for all campus of Huaxia. 如果您的家庭在华夏系统还没有帐号， 请点击“Register"， 用父母的信息创建帐号后，通过点击“Add New Student"加上将在华夏上课的学生们，然后点击“Create"/ If your family does not yet have an account in the Huaxia system, please click "Register". After creating an account with your parents' information, click "Add New Student" to add students who will be taking classes in Huaxia, then click "Create"
4. 加课/Add Courses：找到学生的名字， 点击“Add Courses"选课／Find the name of the student and click "Add Courses"
5. 存/Save：点击窗口左下键 "Save", 回到步骤4, 加更多课/ Click the lower left "Save" on the , go back to step 4, add more lessons
6. 打印/Print：点击窗口左下链接 "Preview & Print", 你将会看到注册的所有课程和学费/ Click on the link "Preview & Print" at the bottom left of the and you will see all the registered courses and fees. 点击窗口左上的打印机图像，打印出注册表/ Click on the printer image on the top left of the to print out the registration form.
7. 缴费／Pay Fees: 带上打印好的注册表与空白支票， 通过电话或微信与学校确认缴费时间后到学校缴费/ Bring the printed registration form and blank check with you to pay fees after confirming with school via a phone call or WeChat

2) Katy 2019 Afterschool Course Selection:
Step 1---创建华夏账号和加学生/ Create a Huaxia account and Add New Students
Step 2 ---Select 中文(必选/Required)：在中文里选 "KA-春季学期每周5天 第1-19周班"/"KA-Spring 5 days a week 1st-19th week Class" 或/or "KA-春季学期每周3天 第1-19周班"/"KA-Springle 3 days a week 1st-19th week Class"　
Step 3---Select Special Classes or Enrichment Classes(Optional非必选):　包括 GT 预备班/GT Prep, 袋鼠数学/Math Kangaroo, 英文写作与演讲/English Writing with Public Speaking and Drawing Class， 和跆拳道/Taekwondo等

Notice：课后班孩子们免费中文上课与免费英文阅读和新加坡数学辅导， 您的孩子学费将在您注册选课后，我们根据实际情况加以调整， 包括报名费， 材料费， 书本费， 学费， 兄弟姐妹折扣等。/No Extra charge for Chinese Lessons, English Reading & Singapore Math Tutoring， Your child's tuition and fees will be adjusted according to the actual situation after you register for the courses, including registration fee, materials fee, book fee, tuition, sibling discount, etc.
