The Happy Door

　　Happiness is like a pebble dropped into a pool to set in motion an ever-widening circle of ripples.As Stevenson has said,"Being happy is a duty."
There is no exact definition of the word happiness. Happy people are happy for all kinds if reason. The key is not wealth of physical well-being, since we find beggars, disabled people and so-called failures who are very happy.
Being happy is a kind of unexpected dividend. But staying happy is an achieve, a success of soul and character. It is not selfish to strive for it. It is, indeed, a duty to ourselves and others.
Being happy, once it is realized as a duty and established as a habit, opens doors into unimaginable gardens thronged with grateful friends.

　　快乐好像是掷入池塘里的一枚鹅卵石，会激起不断扩散的层层涟漪。正如史蒂文森曾经说过："快乐是一种责任。"

　　快乐这个词并没有确切定义。快乐的人可因为多种理由而快乐。快乐的关键并不在于财富或健康，因为我们发现即使是乞丐，残疾人和所谓的失败者也都非常快乐。

快乐是一种出乎意料的收获。而保持快乐却是一种成就，是一个人灵魂和人格上的胜利，追求快乐并不是自私。相反，追求快乐是我们对自己和对他人的一种责任。

一旦你意识到保持快乐是一种责任并使之成为习惯，那么你就打开了一扇通向不可思议的乐园之门，那里聚集着众多心存感激的朋友。
