　　云南，在世人的眼里，就是山美!水美!人更美!相信凡是来过云南的人，都会对云南的美而赞不绝口。

　　虽然我摄影的时间不长，技术也不高，但还是想通过光影来表达对云南美的理解。

Although my photography is not long and the technology is not high, I still want to express my understanding of Yunnan beauty through light and shadow.

　　东川的红土地。

The red land of Dongchuan

　　东川红土地位于昆明市东川区西南40多公里的红土地镇。专家认为这是全世界最有气势的红土地，其景象比巴西红土地更为壮美。Dongchuan red land is located in the red land town more than 40 kilometers southwest of Kunming city. Experts believe it is the most imposing red land in the world, and it is more beautiful than the red land of Brazil.

　　红土地土壤含铁、铝成分较多，有机质少，酸性强。红土地是一种低产贫瘠土壤，是一种沙漠化现象。

The soil in red soil contains more iron and aluminum, less organic matter and strong acidity. Red land is a low yield and poor soil. It is a phenomenon of desertification.

　　东川红土地最美的景观主要有七彩坡、锦绣园、落霞沟、螺丝田等。你看，红土地和小麦或其他农作物已经形成了色彩斑斓的画面，如果再衬以蓝天、白云和变幻莫测的阳光，远远望去，红土地景像大气壮观。

The most beautiful landscape of Dongchuan red land mainly includes Qicai slope, Jinxiu garden, Sunset ditch, Screw field etc . You see, rad land and wheat or other crops have formed a colorful picture, if line with the blue sky, white clouds, and the vagaries of the sun, from a distance, the clay to atmospheric spectacular view.

　　罗平油菜花是人造景观。

罗平有30万亩油菜田。每年3月，罗平县举办油菜花旅游节，大批游客蜂拥而至，观赏如诗如画的田园风光，感受人与自然的和谐。

Roping rapeseed is an artificial landscape.

Luo ping has 300,000 mu of rapeseed. Every year in March, luping county holds rapeseed tourism festival, a large number of tourists flock to see the picturesque idyllic scenery and feel the harmony between man and nature.

　　五色花米饭是布依人及壮族人的特产。她们把可食用的野生植物的根、茎、花、叶分别捣碎，提取出红、黄、蓝三种色素，再用这三色调出黑、紫两色，做成五色花米饭，既好看，又好吃。

Colored Rice is a specialty of the Buyi and Zhuang people. Their edible wild plants of the root, stem, flower, leaf mash, respectively, to extract the three colors, red, yellow, and blue with the three color black, purple color, make it may flower rice, both good-looking, and delicious.

　　大鱼塘村隶属于元阳县新街镇土锅寨村委会，全村有91户384人，是一个集梯田、民居、水系、森林于一体的哈尼村寨

The Dayutang village is affiliated to the village committee of Tuguozai village, Xinjie town, Yuanyang county. There were 91 families and 384 people in the village. It is a Hani village with terraces, houses, water systems and forests.

蘑菇房、黄泥墙、竹篱笆、柴垛、菜园、耕牛……生态原始，和谐自然。

Mushroom house, yellow mud wall, bamboo fence, firewood, vegetable garden, cattle... Ecological primitive, harmonious nature.

　　中国最长的宴席（长街宴）就是哈尼人的传统习俗。虽然我们没有赶上，但哈尼人的热情你会感觉到。当你走在街上，她们会主动的打招呼，邀请你和她们一起吃午饭。

The longest banquet in China (long street banquet) is the traditional custom of Hani people. Even if we don't catch up, you will feel the enthusiasm of the Hani people. When you walk down the street, they say hello and invite you to have lunch with them.

　　逛当地集市是了解哈尼族风土民情的最好时机。胜村庄的街道两旁摆满了蔬菜，水果和各种土特产品，女人们穿着漂亮民族服饰各自忙着自己的生意。

Visiting the local market was the best time to learn about the Hani people. The streets of Sheng village was lined with vegetables, fruit and various native products, and women were busy with their own business in beautiful national costumes.

　　哈尼妇女喜欢黑色或黑蓝色的衣服。衣襟上有花边，袖筒有各种图形和花鸟图案，佩戴耳环、手镯和腰带。下穿直筒大裤脚，裤脚有多种装饰。

Hani women like to dress in black or black and blue cloth. There are lace on the hem, various shapes and patterns of flowers and birds on the sleeve, and earrings, bracelets and belts. Wear a straight leg with a large trouser leg and a variety of embellishments.

　　她们的服饰为什么如此不同？原来，元阳是一个多民族集聚的地方，在这里，你能看到哈尼族、彝族、苗族等多族人的民俗和文化。

Why were their dresses so different? Originally, Yuanyang is a place where many ethnic groups gather. In this place, you can see the folk customs and culture of the Hani, Yi and Miao ethnic etc.

　　有人说，哈尼族梯田是哈尼女人用背背出来的。我无法验证，但我确实在村寨里看到，许多女人都在做繁重的体力劳动。

Some say the hani terraces were built by hani women on their backs. I can't prove it, but I do see in the village that many women are doing hard work.

　　和这些孩子们玩，还是挺有意思的。

It's fun to play with these kids.

　　翻过一坐山梁，有一片民居。突然让我眼前一亮，呀！几个小男孩正在野地里洗澡。

Over a mountain pass, there were homes. Suddenly let my eyes bright, ah! Several little boys were bathing in the field.

　　三个男孩最大的6岁，他们整天整天在田间玩耍。如果热了，他们就在这儿洗澡，渴了就喝这儿的山泉水。看他们无忧无虑，嬉笑玩耍，此情此景，我想起了城里那些缺少童真、童趣的孩子们……

The three boys, the oldest of six, spent all day playing in the fields. If it were hot, they would bathe here and drink the spring water when they were thirsty. Seeing them carefree and laughing and playing, so I thought of the children in the city who were short of childlike innocence.

　　多彩云南，元阳梯田首当其冲，这是1300多年来哈尼人的伟大杰作，已于2013年被联合国教科文组织列入世界遗产名录，为世人所瞩目。Colorful yunnan, the yuanyang terraces bear the brunt, this is the great work of the hani people in 1300 years, already in 2013 UNESCO inscribed on the world heritage list, for the world's attention.
