倪进祥，男，汉族，1972年10月8日出生安徽无为。1989年在安徽师范大学美术系深造。1991年入伍。2010年当选中国书法家协会理事、、2019年12月当选第八届中国楹联学会副会长。第十、十一、十二届全国青联委员，中华诗词学会会员，清华大学美术学院书法高研班导师，安徽师范大学兼职教授，兰州大学书法研究所特聘研究员，南通科技职业学院客座教授，国家图书馆文津学院客座教授。主攻章草，擅长自作诗联。书风高古，用笔空灵，注重原创性，力求诗书并进，德艺双修。

其作品30余次入展中国书法家协会主办的国家级书展，其中在全国第五、六届中青年书法大展中连续获奖，在全国第八届书法大展中获"全国奖"，并多次在全军获一等奖。出版个人专集5部。

1992年11月被国家民政部和总政治部评为"全国军地两用人才先进个人"。

2000年被中国书协评为"全国首批德艺双馨书法家"。曾应邀到意大利、埃及、坦桑尼亚、日本访问交流。

2008年被中国书协评为"中国书法进万家活动全国先进个人"。

2009年被中国文联评为"全国送欢乐下基层活动贡献奖"。

2010年8月被总政评为"全军学习成才先进个人"。2016年被中国书画报社评为＂2016中国书画界十大年度人物＂。有作品被选送到美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本、新加坡、韩国参加国际文化交流。

曾应邀到清华大学、北京大学、北京师范大学、兰州大学、北京科技大学、日本早稻田大学、安徽大学、安徽师范大学等高校讲学。新华社、《人民日报》、中央电视台、《解放军报》、《中国青年报》、《中国书法》、《书法》、《书法报》等多家媒体曾专题报道。曾4次荣立二等功，2次荣立三等功,两次荣挂学雷锋银质奖章。

Ni Jinxiang introduction-- Director of Chinese Calligraphers Association

Ni Jinxiang, Han nationality, who was born in October 8, 1972, from Wuwei, Anhui province. He studied in the Art Department of Anhui Normal University in 1989. Served in the military since 1991. He is currently the director of the Chinese Calligraphers Association (who is the youngest council member in China), vice chairman of the Calligraphers Association of the central government agency. He is the Dean in Chinese Art Research Institute , reappointed consecutively the tenth, eleventh, Twelfth National Youth Committee, he is also the deputy secretary general Chinese YingLian Institute, the member of China Poetry Association, the PLA Academy of Calligraphy Art Committee, the calligraphy research tutor in Art Academy of Tsinghua University, the part-time Professor in Anhui Normal University, the distinguished researcher in Lanzhou University Calligraphy Institute, the visiting professor in the Nantong Vocational College of Science & Technology, Department of literary and artistic creation General Political Department professional calligrapher.

His calligraphic style is lofty and classic beauty in elegant taste, ing on originality, ethereal, and interested in traditional culture poetry and art, cultivate the outstanding virtue and superb ability. More than 30 times his works were invited to display in the exhibition China Calligraphers Association sponsored by National Book Fair, awarded prize in the fifth, sixth National Youth Calligraphy Exhibition, won the National Award in the eighth national calligraphy exhibition, and has won the first prize in the army several times. Mr. Ni has 5 personal calligraphic albums. In November 1992 by the Ministry of civil affairs and the General Political Department he was named the "National military and civilian advanced individual". In 2000 he was named the first person of " National Association China DeYiShuangXin calligrapher". He was invited to visit Italy, Egypt, Tanzania and Japan for academic exchanges. In 2008 he was named "Chinese calligraphers enter households national advanced individual". In 2009, he was named by China Federation of literary and art circles "the national contribution to happy grassroots activities award". In August 2010, he was named by the General Political Department "the advanced individual talent". There are many works which were sent to the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea to participate in international cultural exchange. He was invited to Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Lanzhou University, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Waseda University in Japan, Anhui University, Anhui Normal University and other colleges and universities. Xinhua agency, CCTV, "people's Daily", "Liberation Army Daily"," China Youth Daily "," China calligraphy "," Calligraphy "," Calligraphy newspaper "and other media have his special reports. He rewarded second class merit 4 times, won third class merit 2 times and two silver Lei Feng medal.
