Hello, everyone. I would like to begin by thanking you all, our friends and family, some new and some old, for all coming together to celebrate this union.

大家好！首先，我要感谢在座的各位亲朋好友，和我们一起庆祝这个大喜的日子。

It seems like just yesterday that Samuel came into our life. What a joy he has been all these years.

光阴荏苒啊！仿佛就是昨天，Samuel 来到了我们的生命中，给我们带来无尽的欢乐。

I'll never forget the time he came home from his pre-school and told me that people call him King of Math.

忘不了接他从幼儿园回家，他告诉我小朋友称他为算术大王。

I’ll never forget on his Kindergarten graduation ceremony, he announced that he would become a basketball player in NBA when he grew up.

忘不了在学前班的毕业典礼上，他向众人宣布，长大后要去NBA当篮球高手。

I’ll never forget that the tears in his eyes when he saw those begging kids dancing in front of our car when we were visiting India.

忘不了全家在印度渡假，看到乞讨的儿童在我们的车前跳舞，儿子眼中闪烁的泪花。

I’ll never forget his exciting voice over the phone in that afternoon that he was admitted by Johns Hopkins University.

忘不了那个下午，电话中传来他兴奋的声音，那是他拿到了约翰斯.霍普金斯大学的录取通知书。

I’ll never forget that early morning, he stepped out with a confident smile on his face. I knew he would make the medical school entrance interview success from that moment on.

忘不了那个清晨，他走出家门时脸上自信的笑容。从那一刻起，我知道医学院的面试难不倒我的宝贝！

Today, I’m especially grateful that Samuel met Eunice. What a wonderful girl she is! Who knows where my Samimmy would be today without her? And an especially warm welcome to Eunice’s family – we are so glad to have you with us today and for always.

今天，我为Samuel结识Eunice 而感到由衷的高兴。多么可爱的姑娘！若没有Eunice, 我的Samimmy此刻还不知漂在哪儿呢？！我们热烈欢迎Eunice一家，让我们一起，欢庆两家的结缘，从今起直到永远。

Let me tell you a secret today which I have never admitted. As a mom of three of boys, I do want a daughter. It is saying in Chinese that 有女万事足，which means Everything is okay if I have got a daughter in English. Today, my dream has come true - Eunice, my daughter, my first jewel! How proud I feel to see my son and his wife glowing with joy and happiness. It’s really a wonderful day for these love birds! I know the love between Sam and Eunice will grow stronger every day. I also look forward to watching the bond between our families strengthen over the years.

今天，我还要宣布一个小秘密。作为生了三个儿子的母亲，我真的希望有个女儿，中国人讲"有女万事足"嘛！就在今天，我的美梦成真了！Eunice，我的女儿！我的珠宝！看到儿子和他的妻子永结同心，共浴爱河，我的心中充满骄傲！今天，是这对鸳鸯成亲的大喜日子！我相信，他们的爱情一定会历久弥坚；展望明天，我们必定是一个温馨和睦的大家庭！

Ladies and Gentlemen, please raise your glass with me now: To Sam and Eunice, may you live everyday as if it were your last, cherishing each other, supporting each other and becoming each other's best friend. Look back on this day fondly for you will remember it as one of the happiest days of your life.
