Plot: 1961 Italy film. Director Sergio Corbucci, starring Totò, length 90 minutes. Antonio Barbacane is sent by his wealthy grandfather to Rome for trying to corrupt politicians to shift the route of a motorway on their town so to increase the land values. He, instead of accomplishing his mission, indulges in the pleasures of the city. his cousin Peppino, the municipal secretary of the town, a moralist and upright man to the point to remove the posters of the film La dolce vita, is sent there to control the Barbicane's work

was born on September 2, 1917 in Rome, Lazio, Italy. He is known for his work on Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003), Matrimonio all'italiana (1964) and C'eravamo tanto amati (1974). He was married to Maria Paola Sapienza and Pier Angeli. He died on February 28, 2013 in Rome
