<h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">拉萨说去不容易。当我们决定去的时候，在两个月前就开始在网上订票了。费了九牛二虎之力才拍到了四张去拉萨的火车票。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">提前半个月就开始口服红景天。注意身体保持健康状态，一定不能感冒。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">准备好四季服装，因为西藏是高原地区，一天之内四季衣服都有可能穿的到。常说：早穿棉，午穿纱，抱着火炉吃西瓜。所以一样都不能少。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">高强倍防晒霜必不可少。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">西藏干燥，马油是好东西。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">万事齐备，指日可待，真要坐🚄时，心里有点小激动，又有一些忐忑。激动是一生最难得的就是去西藏了吧，忐忑的是怕身体能不能承受这样极限考验？</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">到了高原，凡是塑料包装制品都像充了气一样，涨的都要💥爆炸了。看看这咖啡袋。所以来西藏女士不要到罐装的化妆品，很容易出问题。还有打火机也有高反，内地打火机在拉萨根本打不着火，所以男士抽烟不要自己带，到拉萨买当地的吧，也算是做点贡献！</font></h3> 0);">我们的西藏行结束了。我的体会西藏木有内地人想象的那么高不可攀，那么恐怖。只要提前做好准备，做点儿功课，身体是可以接受的。西藏是一个一生去一次或一次就一生的地方。去了你就会喜欢的地方。西藏是一个不能不来的地方，也不是谁都能来的地方！高反不论男女，老少，和平时身体健康否，年轻不见得木有高反，年纪大不见得就会有高反。
