Established in the Sui Dynasty and flourishing in Tang, the Tang West Market covers over 1,000 mu, with a neat grid arranged in nine-square layout from more than 1,400 years ago.</p> <p class="ql-block">不同于主打国内商贸的长安东市，西市是当时名副其实的国际商圈，汇聚220多个行业，近两百个国家和地区的四万余名胡商在此云集。万国通商的胜景，也让这里成为盛唐开放包容、联通世界的见证。</p><p class="ql-block">Unlike Chang'an's east market which focused mainly on domestic trade, the west market was truly an international business hub at that time, bringing together 220 industries with over 40,000 merchants from nearly 200 countries and regions along the Silk Road. This vibrant scene of global commerce also made this place a living testament to how inclusive and connected the Tang Dynasty was to the world.</p> <p class="ql-block">千年岁月流转，曾经的丝路金市从未落幕。如今的大唐西市，把盛唐繁华、丝路风情、新潮业态融为一体，成为可逛、可玩、可赏、可感悟的特色街区和旅游小镇。</p><p class="ql-block">Thousands of years have passed, yet this golden market of the Silk Road has never faded. Exotic buildings are scattered here, offering a dazzling array of international cuisines, handmade crafts, and creative cultural products, where visitors can journey along the entire Silk Road and dive into the Eastern and Western civilizations without leaving the country.</p> <p class="ql-block">大唐西市园区内另一重要地标大唐西市博物馆，则是目前中国唯一的民营一级博物馆。这里完好保留的唐代道路车辙、水渠路桥、店铺遗址，留存千年的丝路货币、商贸器物等，“重现”当年驼队往来、百货流通的繁华胜景，诉说着丝路贸易的璀璨过往。</p><p class="ql-block">As another key landmark within the Tang West Market complex, the Tang West Market Museum is currently China's only privately-run first-class museum. Well-preserved remains, including Tang Dynasty's road ruts, water channels, bridges, and shop ruins, as well as the currencies used along the Silk Road from a thousands years ago, plus the trading artifacts can all be found, vividly recreate the bustling scenes of camel caravans and thriving commerce, telling the glorious history of the Silk Road.</p> <p class="ql-block">此外，国际古玩城、艺术品中心，以及国际展览馆、酒店、购物中心等在此汇聚，形成集旅游、文化艺术品交易等于一体的多元文化产业格局，不断推动着各国间的文化交流。</p><p class="ql-block">Apart from that, the International Antique Market, Art Center, as well as International Exhibition Hall, hotels, and shopping centers all gather here, forming a diverse cultural industry that integrates tourism and trade for artifacts, continuously promoting cross-cultural exchange.</p> <p class="ql-block">丝路起点，古往今来。这极具西安历史文化特色的点位，不断深耕文化传承与国际交流。目前，大唐西市博物馆已与丝路沿线19个国家的28家博物馆建立友好合作关系，发起成立丝绸之路国际博物馆友好联盟。</p><p class="ql-block">The starting point of the Silk Road connects the past and the present. Situated in this iconic spot in Xi'an, we are deeply committed to preserving the cultural heritage and promoting international communication.
