The ends of the bead with short circular collars, giving the bead the form of a two-tiered miniature cong. The top of the upper register carved with an incised scroll band between two bands of raised horizontal fillets, above incised circles centering each side with raised rounded rectangular panels enclosing scroll motifs at the lower corners. The circles and raised panels appearing like eyes and mouths when viewed from the corners. The lower register separated from the upper by a narrow groove, and carved with a stylized mask at each of two opposing corners. The mask with large ovoid eyes separated by an oval depression carved with a swirl motif above a rectangular panel with scroll motifs. The space between the eyes further decorated with incised scrolls and lines.
