中秋节快乐 <p class="ql-block"><a href="https://xima.tv/1_u0287E?_sonic=0" target="_blank">张浄公益诵读系列《道德经》喜马拉雅平台特别奉献</a></p><p class="ql-block">点击黄色字，链接即可聆听公益经典诵读，同修共进。</p> 爱自己，爱他人，爱世界 <p class="ql-block"><b>中秋故事 Mid‑Autumn Legend</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>嫦娥奔月</b></p><p class="ql-block">远古时候天上出现十个太阳，百姓苦不堪言。后羿射下九个太阳，拯救苍生。后羿求得一包不死仙药，吃下便能飞升成仙。嫦娥不得已吞下仙药，飞向月亮，住进广寒宫。为了思念嫦娥，百姓在月下摆上果品，渐渐形成中秋节。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b>Chang’e Flies to the Moon</b></p><p class="ql-block">Long long ago, ten suns appeared in the sky, bringing suffering to people. The archer Hou Yi shot down nine suns and saved mankind. He obtained an elixir of immortality. In an emergency, Chang’e took the elixir and flew to the moon, living in the Moon Palace. To miss Chang’e, people placed fruits and offerings beneath the moon, gradually forming the Mid‑Autumn Festival.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b>中秋习俗 Mid‑Autumn Customs</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>1. 赏月 Admire the moon</b></p><p class="ql-block">中秋夜晚一家人观赏圆月，寄托思念。</p><p class="ql-block">Families gather to watch the full moon and express longing for beloved ones.</p><p class="ql-block"></p><p class="ql-block"><b>2. 吃月饼 Eat mooncakes</b></p><p class="ql-block">月饼圆圆的，象征团圆美满，是中秋标志性美食。</p><p class="ql-block">Mooncakes are round, symbolising family reunion and happiness, the signature food for the festival.</p><p class="ql-block"></p><p class="ql-block"><b>3. 提花灯 Lantern parade</b></p><p class="ql-block">孩童提着各式花灯夜游，增添节日氛围，南方尤为盛行。</p><p class="ql-block">Children walk at night with colourful lanterns, popular in southern China.</p><p class="ql-block"></p><p class="ql-block"><b>4. 赏桂花、饮桂花酒 Enjoy osmanthus and osmanthus wine</b></p><p class="ql-block">金秋桂花盛放，人们赏桂花，品尝桂花美酒。</p><p class="ql-block">Osmanthus blooms in autumn. People enjoy blossoms and osmanthus wine.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b>拜月仪式流程 Moon‑worshipping Ceremony</b></p><p class="ql-block">传统民间拜月，女子为主，祈愿阖家平安，美满团圆。</p><p class="ql-block">Traditional folk moon worship, mostly ladies take part, pray for family peace and reunion.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"><b>① 布置祭月台 Set the altar</b></p><p class="ql-block">摆上月饼、柚子、葡萄、苹果、桂花，香炉、香烛。</p><p class="ql-block">Prepare offerings: mooncakes, pomelos, grapes, apples, osmanthus, incense and candles.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"><b>② 净手盥礼 Wash hands</b></p><p class="ql-block">参与者净手，整理衣冠，心怀恭敬。</p><p class="ql-block">Participants wash hands and dress neatly, show respect.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"><b>③ 焚香祝祷 Light incense and pray</b></p><p class="ql-block">点燃香烛，面向圆月，默念心愿，祈愿国泰家和，亲友安康。</p><p class="ql-block">Light incense, face the bright moon, make wishes for country prosperity and family wellbeing.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"><b>④ 拜月行礼 Bow to the moon</b></p><p class="ql-block">向月亮行礼，三揖，敬拜月神。</p><p class="ql-block">Bow three times respectfully to honour the Moon Goddess.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"><b>⑤ 分食祭品 Share the offerings</b></p><p class="ql-block">礼毕，大家一起分享月饼果品，寓意共享团圆。</p><p class="ql-block">After ceremony, everyone shares mooncakes and fruits, symbolising sweet reunion.</p>
