<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 盘阳河是巴马的“母亲河”，全长145公里，五进五出穿行于山腹溶洞，经岩层过滤后清冽甘醇，富含多种矿物质。两岸水土温润，聚居着众多长寿老人，是名副其实的“长寿河”。百鸟岩，便是这段伏流河上一处鬼斧神工的奇观。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 三伏酷暑，寻凉寿乡。昨日天阴清凉，我与老郭各带孙子同游百鸟岩。登船入洞，沁人凉意扑面而来，满身燥热一扫而空。洞顶豁开多处天然天窗，光束从裂口斜斜倾洒在碧波之上，明明暗暗，光影流转，泛舟其间恍若穿行于幻境，唯因汛期涨水，溶洞最深处未能前往，稍有遗憾。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 上岸后孩子们游兴未尽，直叹行程太短。这般天然山水，不事雕琢，却最能静心养人——比任何空调房间都来得通透自在。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 泛舟百鸟岩</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">峰青水碧洞天开，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">一叶轻舟画里来，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">莫道伏中无处去，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">此间凉意胜瑶台。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">制 作: 彭志远</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">时 间: 2026年7月17日</b></p>
