当日，中荷企业家委员会首次会议举行，王文涛部长、舍尔茨玛大臣与双方企业代表围绕中荷贸易合作机遇、产业协同发展等议题深入交流。海辰储能联合创始人、总裁王鹏程受邀参会并发言，分享企业全球化发展实践，并就深化中荷新能源领域合作提出建议。

王鹏程在发言中介绍，海辰储能自2019年在厦门创立以来，始终专注储能赛道，聚焦储能电池及系统核心技术研发，构建起覆盖全场景的一体化储能解决方案能力。在长时储能关键领域，海辰储能凭借率先布局与持续技术突破，积累了业界领先的技术实力。2025年，公司储能电池出货量位居全球第二，产品交付网络已遍布40多个国家和地区，全球化能力得到市场的广泛验证。

谈及欧洲市场布局，王鹏程强调，欧洲是海辰储能的重要战略市场之一，公司已在当地搭建起完善的本地化销售与服务网络，能够精准响应区域市场需求。他特别指出，荷兰正大力推进新能源产业发展，这与海辰储能的全球化战略高度契合，公司愿将全球领先的储能解决方案与本地化服务相结合，助力荷兰构建更具韧性的新能源系统。

围绕进一步深化中荷储能领域合作，王鹏程提出两方面期待：一方面，希望荷方在欧盟电池法规、碳足迹要求等领域提供更加清晰、可操作的政策解读和认证指导，帮助企业更高效地融入本地市场；另一方面，希望双方进一步搭建产业交流与合作平台，推动中国储能企业与荷兰本地研究机构、EPC企业等开展深入合作，共同探索适应荷兰市场需求的储能应用模式，加速项目落地和能源转型步伐。

近年来，随着可再生能源快速发展，欧洲能源体系正加快向高比例新能源方向转型，储能在提升电网灵活性、促进新能源消纳等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为全球储能产业的重要参与者，海辰储能坚持“专注储能、技术创新、全球布局”的发展战略，持续推动长时储能技术规模化应用，并积极参与全球能源转型进程。

王鹏程在最后表示，海辰储能将秉持开放务实的态度与专业能力，与荷兰各方保持交流并探寻市场机会，助力中荷绿色能源领域经贸合作。

On the same day, the inaugural meeting of the China-Netherlands Business Council was held. Minister Wang Wentao, Minister Sjoerdsma, and business representatives from both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as opportunities for China-Netherlands trade cooperation and coordinated industrial development. Wang Pengcheng, HiTHIUM's Co-founder and President, was invited to attend and deliver a speech, sharing the company's experiences in global expansion and offering suggestions for deepening China-Netherlands cooperation in the new energy sector.

In his remarks, Wang Pengcheng explained that since its founding in Xiamen in 2019, HiTHIUM has consistently focused on the energy storage sector, concentrating on the research and development of core technologies for energy storage batteries and systems, and has built the capability to provide integrated energy storage solutions covering all scenarios. In the key area of long-duration energy storage, HiTHIUM has accumulated industry-leading technical capabilities through early market entry and continuous technological breakthroughs. In 2025, the company ranked second globally in energy storage battery shipments, with product deliveries spanning more than 40 countries and regions, demonstrating that its global capabilities have been widely validated by the market.

Regarding the company's European market strategy, Wang Pengcheng emphasized that Europe is one of HiTHIUM's key strategic markets. The company has established a comprehensive localized sales and service network in the region, enabling it to respond precisely to local market demands. He specifically noted that the Netherlands is promoting the development of its new energy industry, which aligns closely with HiTHIUM's global strategy. The company is committed to combining its world-leading energy storage solutions with localized services to help the Netherlands build a more resilient new energy system.

Regarding the further deepening of Sino-Dutch cooperation in the energy storage sector, Wang Pengcheng expressed two expectations: First, he hopes the Dutch side will provide clearer and more actionable policy interpretations and certification guidance in areas such as EU battery regulations and carbon footprint requirements, helping enterprises integrate into the local market more efficiently. Second, he hopes both sides will further establish platforms for industrial exchange and cooperation to facilitate in-depth collaboration between Chinese energy storage companies and local Dutch research institutions and EPC firms. Together, they can explore energy storage application models tailored to the Dutch market's needs, thereby accelerating project implementation and the pace of the energy transition.

In recent years, with the rapid development of renewable energy, Europe's energy system has been accelerating its transition toward a high proportion of renewable energy. Energy storage is playing an increasingly important role in enhancing grid flexibility and promoting the integration of renewable energy. As a key player in the global energy storage industry, HiTHIUM adheres to a development strategy of "Focus on Energy Storage, Technological Innovation and Global Expansion", continuously promoting the large-scale application of long-duration energy storage technology and actively participating in the global energy transition.

In closing, Wang Pengcheng stated that HiTHIUM will maintain an open and pragmatic attitude, leveraging its professional capabilities to stay in communication with Dutch partners and explore market opportunities, thereby contributing to economic and trade cooperation between China and the Netherlands in the field of green energy.
