<p class="ql-block"><b>■ 广 益</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b> 动词get（续七）</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b> get into动词+介词</b></p> <p class="ql-block">天才作曲家莫扎特</p> <p class="ql-block">四岁就成名的神童莫扎特</p> <p class="ql-block">Liu Xiang must get into training soon; the golden league starts next month.（刘翔必须尽快开始训练，黄金联赛下月开始。）这里get into表示开始做某事，参与某事。</p><p class="ql-block">Mozart got into music at the age of four. （莫扎特四岁时就对音乐产生兴趣。）这里get into表示对某事物产生爱好和兴趣。莫扎特（Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus1756-1791），奥地利音乐神童。出生在一位宫廷乐师的家庭，4岁跟父亲学习钢琴，5岁开始作曲。莫扎特在他短短的一生中留下了数百部作品，其中有四十一部交响曲、《费加罗的婚礼》（The Marriage of Figaro）、《魔笛》（The Magic Flute），《唐璜》（Don Giovanni）等脍炙人口的歌剧,和许多小夜曲、钢琴和小提琴协奏曲。</p> <p class="ql-block">奥运冠军，体操公主刘璇</p> <p class="ql-block">Liu Xuan got into journalism after leaving the national gymnastics team.（刘璇离开国家体操队后开始从事新闻职业。）这里get into表示开始从事某种职业。</p><p class="ql-block">I’d advise you not to get into secretary’s black books, or he would give you a lot of trouble. （我劝你不要惹书记讨嫌，否则他会找你的麻烦。）get into someone’s bad/black books表示不招某人喜欢, 失宠，不受赏识。相当于be/get in bad with someone。</p> <p class="ql-block">水太深，麻烦大了！</p> <p class="ql-block">Don’t try to answer examination questions that you haven’t studied for, or you’ll be getting into deepwater.（不要去做没有学习过的考题， 那样你会吃不消。）get into deep water表示去做很困难或危险的事。也就是某事情水太深，干起来有危险，强调的是事情本身的危险性或困难程度。</p> <p class="ql-block">忐忑不安</p> <p class="ql-block">Mother gets into a flap every time she has important guests.（每次有重要客人要来时，妈妈就紧张激动。）get into a flap/panic表示忐忑不安，激动，不能自己。也就是心里扑腾扑腾。</p> <p class="ql-block">学会了？</p> <p class="ql-block">You’ll soon get into the hang of driving on the other side of the road if you practice a little.（练习一下你很快就会学会靠马路另一边行驶。）get into the hang of doing something表示学会做某事。也可以说get the hang of doing something 。而get out of the hang/way of doing something则表示原来会做的事忘了怎么做。 在大航海时期，hang 被用来表示帆的悬挂方式，新船员必须学会不同的悬挂方式以应付不同的情况。</p> <p class="ql-block">汉奸川岛芳子</p> <p class="ql-block">Kawashima Yoshiko tried to get her hooks into the top brass of the Northern Warlords’ government.（川岛芳子力图勾引北洋军阀政府的高官。）top brass是指高级军官或官员。get one’s hooks into someone表示为某种目的去吸引某人注意。set one’s hooks on someone意思相同。川岛芳子即伪满州国赫赫有名的金壁辉司令。原是清肃亲王的十四格格，七岁时抱给日本浪人川岛浪速为义女，被培养成了汉奸，日本间谍。抗战胜利后被国民政府枪决。</p> <p class="ql-block">惹上麻烦了😡</p> <p class="ql-block">Don’t try to cheat on your income tax, or you could get into hot water.（不要在所得税上耍花招，否则你会有麻烦。）get into hot water表示惹来麻烦，招来羞辱。强调的是做错事产生的后果。</p><p class="ql-block">Don’t let personnel manager get her knife into you, or your life in the firm won’t be worth living.（不要让人事部主任与你为敌，否则你在公司的日子就不好过了。）get one’s knife into someone表示找某人的麻烦，与某人为敌。我们口语中常说的捅刀子，有时也是找麻烦的意思，并非真要杀人。</p> <p class="ql-block">在哈佛读书期间的比尔.盖茨</p> <p class="ql-block">Bill Gates found that he was getting into a rut, so he decided to leave Harvard to devote his energies to Microsoft.（比尔·盖茨觉得他的生活太刻板了，决定离开哈佛致力于发展微软。）get into a rut 表示陷入刻板乏味的生活。而get out of the rut/groove则表示跳出刻板的生活。比尔·盖茨1973年进哈佛大学。在哈佛期间，盖茨为第一台微型计算机－MITSAltair开发了BASIC编程语言。由于认为大学生活太枯燥，在三年级时退学。</p>
