【简介】王仕军，1966年1月出生，1983年7月高中毕业，同年9月考入西安理工大学（原陕西机械学院）机械工程系“机械制造工艺及设备专业”大学本科学习。在校期间，担任校学生会主席、校团委书记、陕西省学联主席团副主席、陕西省团委基层工作部副部长、中华全国学生联合会委员、中华全国青年联合会委员、大学生科技开发中心总经理、大学生《实践与论坛》编辑部总编。1987年7月毕业留校任教，中共党员，现教授职称，陕西汉中市人。

【一】学习简历：

(1) 1983年9月-1987年7月，在西安理工大学（原陕西机械学院）机械工程系“机械制造的工艺及设备专业”大学本科学习，获工学学士学位；在此期间，同时获得西安理工大学工商管理系“工商企业管理”专业本科学历，并获“管理学”学士学位。

其中1987年2月-1987年8月，在北京第一机床厂参加“机械制造及设计工程”产学研及实践教学工作。

(2) 1993年9月-1996年7月在中国人民解放军总政治部中国人民解放军西安政治学院经济管理系“经济管理”专业本科学习，获经济学学士学位。

(3) 2001年9月-2004年7月在中国人民解放军西安政治学院法学系“法律”专业本科学习，获法学学士学位。

(4) 2017年6月-2017年12月在“中国政法大学PPP高级研讨班”学习并获得结业证书。

【二】任职简历：

(1) 1987年7月-1989年9月，留校西安理工大学机械工程系“机械制造工艺教研室”担任助教（其中，1987年9月-1989年7月在职硕士研究生进修班学习）。

(2) 1989年7月-1991年6月，在宁夏大河机床厂中国衍磨机床研究所科研室担任设计员、主管设计员、室副主任、主任，工程师。

(3) 1991年6月-1991年12月借调宁夏回族自治区重工业厅科技处工作。

(4) 1991年12月-1992年8月，调任陕西汉中仪表厂（中国人民解放军某部军工厂）科技研究所所长、技术副厂长，高级工程师。

(5) 1992年8月-1994年11月在中国人民解放军某部某学院担任军地两用人才专科学校副校长、教授。

(6) 1994年11月-2010年6月，历任中国人民解放军总后勤部中国人民解放军西安军需工业专科学校校长助理、副校长；中国人民解放军总后勤部中国人民解放军汉中军需工业专科学校党委书记、校长；陕西科技大学（普通高校）汉中继续教育学院党委书记、院长、教授（联合办学）；西安理工大学工商管理学院汉中分院理事会书记、理事长（联合办学经济类）；中国人民武装警察部队西安指挥学院汉中分院院长；中国人民解放军空军工程大学（GCT）工程硕士陕南教学区负责人（联合办学工程类硕士研究生学历教育），并兼任三所大学客座教授。

(7) 2010年6月，中国科协中国国际经济技术合作促进会第四届全国理事大会上，当选为党委副书记、副理事长、执行秘书长（专职，全日制驻会工作）。

【 Introduction 】 Wang Shijun, born in January 1966, graduated from high school in July 1983, and was admitted to the Mechanical Engineering Department of Xi'an University of Technology (formerly Shaanxi Institute of Mechanical Engineering) in September of the same year for undergraduate studies in the field of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology and Equipment. During my school years, I served as the President of the Student Union, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Student Union Presidium, Deputy Minister of the Grassroots Work Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Youth League Committee, Member of the All China Students' Federation, Member of the All China Youth Federation, General Manager of the University Student Science and Technology Development Center, and Editor in Chief of the College Student "Practice and Forum" Editorial Department. Graduated in July 1987 and stayed at school to teach. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently holds the title of professor. He is from Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province.
