<p class="ql-block">这块布朗尼,色如深褐,椰粉轻覆,似霜似雪。刀切下去,糕体湿润紧实,蓝莓隐现其间。入口先是巧克力的浓醇,继而黄油奶香与蓝莓酸甜次第化开,末了,椰香在余韵里慢慢浮起,清淡而柔和。家常做法,不取巧,却自有层次——质朴里,见温度。</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">椰香蓝莓巧克力布朗尼</b></p><p class="ql-block">Coconut Blueberry Chocolate Brownies</p><p class="ql-block">食谱</p><p class="ql-block">Pillsbury 经典软心巧克力布朗尼预拌粉:1包</p><p class="ql-block">融化黄油:1/4杯</p><p class="ql-block">全脂牛奶:2汤匙</p><p class="ql-block">鸡蛋:1个</p><p class="ql-block">新鲜蓝莓:约30颗</p><p class="ql-block">椰粉 / 椰蓉:适量,最后撒在表面</p><p class="ql-block">做法小调整</p><p class="ql-block">1. 按原来方法把布朗尼预拌粉、融化黄油、全脂牛奶和鸡蛋搅拌均匀。</p><p class="ql-block">2. 加入约30颗蓝莓,轻轻拌入,不要大力搅拌,否则蓝莓容易破。</p><p class="ql-block">3. 在8×8烤盘或耐热容器内先喷一层油,方便脱模。</p><p class="ql-block">4. 把面糊倒入容器,轻轻抹平。</p><p class="ql-block">5. 350°F 烤31–35分钟左右。因为蓝莓会出水,比原包装时间可以多烤2分钟左右。</p><p class="ql-block">6. 出炉后稍微放凉,再撒椰粉或椰蓉。</p><p class="ql-block">7. 完全放凉后再切块:竖着切三刀,横着切两刀或三刀。横切两刀可切成12块,横切三刀可切成16块。</p><p class="ql-block">Ingredients</p><p class="ql-block">Pillsbury Classic Fudge Brownies Mix: 1 box</p><p class="ql-block">Melted butter: 1/4 cup</p><p class="ql-block">Whole milk: 2 tablespoons</p><p class="ql-block">Egg: 1</p><p class="ql-block">Fresh blueberries: about 30</p><p class="ql-block">Coconut powder / shredded coconut: as needed, sprinkled on top at the end</p><p class="ql-block">Directions</p><p class="ql-block">1. Mix the brownie mix, melted butter, whole milk, and egg until well combined.</p><p class="ql-block">2. Add about 30 blueberries and gently fold them in. Do not overmix, or the blueberries may break.</p><p class="ql-block">3. Spray an 8×8 baking pan or heatproof dish with a thin layer of oil for easy release.</p><p class="ql-block">4. Pour the batter into the pan and gently smooth the surface.</p><p class="ql-block">5. Bake at 350°F for about 31–35 minutes. Since blueberries release moisture, bake about 2 minutes longer than the original package instructions.</p><p class="ql-block">6. Let it cool slightly after baking, then sprinkle coconut powder or shredded coconut on top.</p><p class="ql-block">7. Cool completely before cutting. Cut three lines vertically, then two or three lines horizontally. Two horizontal cuts make 12 pieces; three horizontal cuts make 16 pieces.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p>
