<p class="ql-block">2026-05-17</p> <p class="ql-block">On May 17, 2026, the America Chinese Pickleball Association (ACPA), together with East Goshen Township, successfully hosted the Larry Sun CFP Cup ACPA–EGP Memorial Day Tournament at the East Goshen Park pickleball courts in Pennsylvania.</p><p class="ql-block">ACPA has built a strong and lasting partnership with East Goshen Township over the years. Together, we have successfully hosted several memorable events, including the <a href="https://www.meipian.cn/5eta5xjn" target="_blank" style="font-size:18px;">2025 ACPA–EGP Tournament</a> and the <a href="https://www.meipian.cn/5hkxxh2z" target="_blank" style="font-size:18px;">ACPA–EGP Double Ninth Festival Tournament</a>. Each event has strengthened our friendships and deepened our connection with the local community.</p><p class="ql-block">Beyond promoting pickleball within the Chinese community, one of ACPA’s core missions is to help Chinese pickleball players actively engage with and contribute to local American communities. This Memorial Day tournament was another meaningful step toward that goal.</p><p class="ql-block">A total of 80 players registered for the event. Teams played round-robin matches within their pools, and the top two teams from each pool advanced to the semifinals and finals.</p><p class="ql-block">Divisions with fewer than 8 teams played a single round-robin format, with the top three teams receiving medals.</p><p class="ql-block">All matches were played as one game to 11 points, win by 2, using side-out scoring.</p> <p class="ql-block">Pickleball Community, developed by the owner of Fun Pickleball Company Feng Xiao, was used as tournament management system.</p><p class="ql-block">The tournament was managed using the Pickleball Community Platform(<span style="font-size:18px;">https://pickleball.community.com</span>) tournament system, developed by Feng Xiao, owner of Fun Pickleball Company.</p> <p class="ql-block">Mixed Doubles matches began at 10:00 AM and concluded around 1:20 PM. After a grand group photo, the Men’s Doubles 3.5 & Above and Women’s Doubles divisions started at approximately 1:30 PM.
