My Breakfast

<p class="ql-block">It's a common but popular </p><p class="ql-block">breakfast in Dehua county:</p><p class="ql-block">a bowl of pure thin rice porridge </p><p class="ql-block">and a plate of pickle Chinese </p><p class="ql-block">mustard cooked with spring </p><p class="ql-block">bamboo shoots. Though it is low </p><p class="ql-block">in </p><p class="ql-block">calories, it refreshes me. I feel so </p><p class="ql-block">energetic without eggs,meat and milk. It's thousands of years </p><p class="ql-block"> Chinese people have been </p><p class="ql-block">having,and we Chinese people </p><p class="ql-block">still a very strong people.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">As an old Chinese saying goes:</p><p class="ql-block">Each place has its streams in from all over the country.</p><p class="ql-block">仍然是普通又经典的早餐:一碗不稠的白粥,一盘子腌芥菜菜煮竹笋。</p><p class="ql-block">虽然热量不高,但一到肚里,立马神清气爽。</p><p class="ql-block">虽然不是专家说的要肉蛋奶齐全的营养,但是中国人也是吃了千年了,也不见我们民族缺营养。古人说的好,一方水土养一方人,不要太介意。</p>
