color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 曹德旺父亲曹河仁是上海永安百货股东之一，1949年前举家搬迁时财产损失，使曹家走向衰败，曹德旺因此9岁上学，14岁辍学，之后贩卖烟丝、贩水果、拉板车、修自行车。1976年到福清高山镇异型玻璃厂当采购员。1985年将房子抵押贷款入股高山异型玻璃厂占50%股份，开始生产汽车维修玻璃。1987年联合11个股东成立福耀玻璃有限公司讨论，1993年该公司登陆国内A股，成为中国首家引入独立董事且现金分红达募集资金26.2倍的上市公司。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:15px;
