The Chinese character "骉" (biāo), formed by three "马" (horse) characters, represents three horses. Each of these three horses was cultured from six species of Candida spp. on a CHROMagar at 30℃ for 48 hours. It depicts a spectacular scene of galloping horses with thundering hooves, full of dynamism and power! Color corresponding to fungi: Green: Candida albicans; Pink: Candida krusei; Lavender: Candida glabrata; White: Candida auris; Yellow: Candida parapsilosis; Steel blue: Candida tropicalis</p> <p class="ql-block">1月（蛇年腊月）：腊梅报春：须癣毛癣菌小培养（扫描电镜） 仍属蛇年，马年将至，氛围渐浓。一马当先：指作战时策马冲锋在前，寓意在新一年中抢占先机，引领方向。须癣毛癣菌是引起人和动物皮肤和毛发感染的常见真菌，可引发体癣和头癣，远离患病动物是重要的预防措施。干燥寒冷季节皮肤失水快，需加强保湿润肤。雪地反射紫外线强，需涂抹防晒霜，或佩戴帽子、围巾等进行物理防晒。</p> <p class="ql-block">January (12th Lunar Month of the Year of the Snake): Wintersweet Announces Spring: Slide culture of Trichophyton mentagrophytes (SEM) It is still the Year of the Snake, with the Year of the Horse approaching, and the atmosphere is growing strong: Take the lead: It refers to galloping ahead in battle, symbolizing seizing the opportunity and leading the way in the new year. Trichophyton mentagrophytes is a common fungus that causes skin and hair infections in humans and animals, leading to tinea corporis and tinea capitis. Avoiding contact with infected animals is an important preventive measure. Skin loses moisture quickly in dry and cold weather, so it is necessary to strengthen moisturization. Snow reflects strong ultraviolet rays, so apply sunscreen or use physical sun protection such as hats and scarves.</p> <p class="ql-block">2月（马年正月）：金元满仓：金黄色葡萄球菌（透射电镜） 正值春节，年味浓厚，喜庆奋进。马到成功：一开始就取得成功，饱含对新一年事业、生活诸事顺遂的祈愿。金黄色葡萄球菌是皮肤上最常见的致病菌，可引起毛囊炎、脓疱疮，保持手部卫生是重要的预防措施。随着气温回升皮肤油脂分泌逐渐增加，仍需保湿，建议选择清爽型的保湿产品。</p> <p class="ql-block">February (1st Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Gold Ingot Fills Granary: Staphylococcus aureus (TEM) It is the Spring Festival, with a strong festive atmosphere, full of joy and drive. Success Immediately: It describes achieving success from the start, embodying the wish for smooth progress in career and life in the new year. Staphylococcus aureusis the most common pathogenic bacterium on the skin, causing folliculitis and impetigo. Maintaining hand hygiene is an important preventive measure. As the temperature rises, skin oil secretion gradually increases, but moisturization is still needed. It is recommended to choose refreshing moisturizing products.</p> <p class="ql-block">3月（马年二月）：热闹元宵：季也蒙念珠菌(扫描电镜) 大地回春，万物复苏，生机勃勃。马不停蹄：一刻不停留一直前进，投入工作学习，奋勇向前、毫不懈怠。季也蒙念珠菌是皮肤、呼吸道和消化道的条件性致病菌，免疫力低下时容易致病，需保持皮肤清洁卫生、室内通风，避免接触生水、生食等。春季皮肤易过敏、泛红，要选择温和、舒缓的护肤品；紫外线增强，外出需佩戴太阳镜、遮阳帽。</p> <p class="ql-block">March (2nd Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Lively Lantern Festival: Candida guilliermondii (SEM). The earth revives, all things come back to life, full of vitality. Keep On the Go: To keep moving forward without pause, devoting oneself to work and study, striving courageously and showing no slack. Candida guilliermondiiis an opportunistic pathogen of the skin, respiratory tract, and digestive tract. It can cause disease when immunity is low. Keep skin clean, ventilate rooms, and avoid contact with unboiled water and raw food.Skin is prone to allergies and redness in spring, so choose mild and soothing skin care products. Ultraviolet rays are stronger, so wear sunglasses and sun hats when going out.</p> <p class="ql-block">4月（马年三月）：众志成城-皮肤角质形成细胞（透射电镜） 春和景明，出游劳作，积极进取。快马加鞭：跑得很快的马再加上一鞭子，使马跑得更快，加速前进。春季是花粉症、过敏性鼻炎高发期，外出建议佩戴口罩；同时注意预防手足口病等肠道传染病。角质形成细胞，色素细胞和朗格汉斯细胞加上角质层在皮肤表面形成完整的物理、化学、微生物及免疫屏障，保护皮肤完整性。</p> <p class="ql-block">April (3rd Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): United as One: Keratinocytes (TEM). The spring scenery is bright, suitable for traveling and working, with a positive and enterprising spirit.Speed Up: A fast horse is whipped to run even faster, metaphorically accelerating progress.Spring is a high-incidence period for pollinosis and allergic rhinitis. It is recommended to wear masks when going out. Also, pay attention to preventing intestinal infectious diseases such as hand, foot, and mouth disease.Keratinocytes, melanocytes, and Langerhans cells, along with the stratum corneum, form a complete physical, chemical, microbial, and immune barrier on the skin surface to protect skin integrity.</p> <p class="ql-block">5月（马年四月)：狼牙挂果：球形孢子丝菌（扫描电镜） 春夏之交，气温升高，万物生长。万马奔腾：形容声势浩大、场面热烈，寓意蓬勃发展、众人奋进。避免外伤感染孢子丝菌，避免接触患病动物，预防人畜共患疾病。夏季皮肤油脂分泌旺盛，毛孔易堵塞、长痘痘，注意皮肤清洁；紫外线强度极高，要戴太阳镜、遮阳帽、防晒衣。</p> <p class="ql-block">May (4th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Wolf's Fang Bearing Fruit: Sporothrix schenckii (SEM). It is the turn of spring and summer, with rising temperatures and all things growing: Thousands of Galloping Horses: Describing a grand and lively scene, symbolizing vigorous development and collective progress. Avoid infection with sporotrichosis from external injuries, avoid contact with diseased animals, and prevent zoonotic diseases. In summer, the skin's sebaceous glands are active and produce more oil, which can easily clog pores and lead to acne. Pay attention to skin cleansing. Ultraviolet rays are extremely strong, so wear sunglasses, sun hats, and sun-protective clothing.</p> <p class="ql-block">6月（马年五月）：生命秘境-真皮内的小动脉血管腔超微结构（透射电镜） 夏日炎炎，农忙季节，拼搏沉稳。秣马厉兵：磨好兵器，喂好马，寓意为下半年工作提前蓄力。夏季要注意预防蚊虫叮咬，避免与他人共用毛巾、拖鞋，预防真菌性皮肤病。皮下血管：真皮小血管对维持皮肤营养、调节皮温起重要作用。透射电镜下可见小动脉血管内皮细胞形成管腔，周围有平滑肌和弹力纤维，管腔内可见变形的红细胞。</p> <p class="ql-block">June (5th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Mystery of Life: Ultrastructure of Arteriole Lumen in Dermis (TEM). It is hot summer, a busy farming season, full of struggle and steadiness. Prepare for Action: Sharpen weapons and feed horses well, symbolizing preparing in advance for work in the second half of the year. Infection Prevention: Pay attention to preventing mosquito bites in summer, avoid sharing towels and slippers with others, and prevent fungal skin diseases. Subcutaneous blood vessels: The small blood vessels in the dermis play an important role in maintaining skin nutrition and regulating skin temperature. Under transmission electron microscopy, the endothelial cells of the small arteries form the lumen, surrounded by smooth muscle and elastic fibers, with deformed red blood cells visible within the lumen.</p> <p class="ql-block">7月（马年六月）：变形杀手-新生隐球菌（透射电镜） 盛夏时节，热情似火，激情飞扬。塞翁失马：面对小挫折保持乐观心态，一时受到损失，反而可能因此得到好处。新生隐球菌可通过鸽等禽类粪便传播到环境中，经呼吸道或破损皮肤感染，侵入颅内可引起致命的脑膜脑炎。夏季要预防蚊虫叮咬，做好防暑降温措施，避免在高温时段外出，及时补充水分。</p> <p class="ql-block">July (6th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Deformed Killer: Cryptococcus neoformans (TEM). Cryptococcus neoformanscan spread to the environment through the feces of pigeons and other birds. It can infect through the respiratory tract or damaged skin, and invading the intracranial cavity can cause fatal meningoencephalitis. Prevent mosquito bites in summer, take heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, avoid going out during high-temperature periods, and replenish water in time.</p> <p class="ql-block">8月（马年七月）：落地花生-角质细胞包裹马拉色菌酵母细胞(扫描电镜) 夏末秋初，夏日余韵，收获预兆。走马观花：骑在马上看花，寓意暑假期间放慢脚步，欣赏风景，享受生活。马拉色菌是皮肤表面的常驻嗜脂性酵母，可引起花斑糠疹、毛囊炎，夏季皮肤易出油、出汗，更易诱发该病。夏季紫外线强度极高，避免在阳光强烈时段外出。</p> <p class="ql-block">August (7th Lunar Month of the Year of the Horse): Falling Peanut-Keratinocytes Enclosing.
