一、 核心主业：辅加 家庭教育+健康管理

1. 团队架构：班级分工明确，班长统筹，学习委员兼任积分官，1名组长带6名学员；全面启用志愿者制度，志愿者实现学习成长与奉献担当双向赋能。

2. 家庭教育：公益先行、付费深修，线上线下同步开课，30+场公益沙龙、50+期全品类研修班（亲自主导，单团可容100人）；付费课程亲民实用，含21天共情式沟通等，配套考证、团辅、阅读营等多元项目。

3. 健康管理：持健康管理师、公共营养师资质，以211饮食法打造科学减脂营，已成功带教4期，精准对接大众健康刚需。

二、 自主发起公益项目：行走南京（非辅加品牌）

1. 发起初衷：帮扶休学、厌学居家的孩子，于南大鼓楼校区南区食堂160人辅加年会上发起，全年落地24场（12场室外+12场室内），打卡中山陵、雨花台等南京地标。

2. Core Problem: Despite good welfare, cross-border marriage families usually break up within 1-2 years, which wastes personal energy and national resources. Local NGO /ˌen dʒiː ˈəʊ/ organizations with government-purchased services solve such problems.

3. Potential Plan: For single people in China, I can set up a matchmaking platform to help those who want to connect with cross-border marriage and relevant welfare, and help avoid relationship conflicts with my own experience.
