color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">1978年从事教育教学工作以来，他带的八届毕业生中考、高考成绩均列太原市前列。1994年语文高考提高率约6.8%，列重点中学第一名。1995、1997两年语文高考成绩均列市属中学前四名。几年来共撰写教育研讨论文4万余字，曾获“山西省中学语文科研优秀奖”，在《国内外文摘》等杂志上发表，并在山西省教育学会上作大会发言。被授予“太原市教学能手”称号，1994年被太原市政府授予“太原市先进工作者”称号，1996年被授予“太原市劳动模范称号”，1997年获得山西省劳动竞赛委员会颁发的“社会主义现代化建设成绩显著，荣立二等功”证书。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;
