朝元仙宗，南渡瀛洲、A Historic Mural exhibited in Sydney

近日在悉尼中国文化中心（151 Castlereagh St

Sydney）举办了难能一见的永乐宫壁画展。

The Sydneysiders can have a rare chance to see a

historic mural exhibited in Chinese Cultural Centre ,

( No 151 Castlereagh St Mon -Fri 10:00am -1:00 pm

before 6th January 2026,)

The exhibition with both English and Chinese is free

for public.

The painting were made in early 13th century when

China was ruled in early Yuan Dynasty,

由于场地限制，仅三分之一的壁画临摹作来此展出。

Only one third of the total original Mural are exhibited due to the lack of space, but it’s more than enough for a careful visitor to watch around one hour.

这位是丰都大帝。

He is the King charge in the Hell , to manage those that passed away,

判官。

The judge of the Hell,

这些面目狰狞的才是閻罗王。

The ugly faced ones are Hell cells masters.

原来还是印度的泊来神祇。

They were originally from the tales in India Buddhism.

这几位是下地界捕人的差役。椐介绍，电视剧“水浒”中英雄好汉们的的服饰就是按此设计 。

Those are the Hell policemen .

这儿是主管天地四方，雷电风雨的诸位大仙。

These are the guys that charge different areas, from sky to land,

鬼谷子.

A famous tricky master in China.

玉皇大帝。壁画中佔据C位的至尊。

虽是至尊，但仍手握朝板（系绿色的，比白色的地位高），诚惶诚恐地敬畏着天地。

Heavenly Emperor, who always occupied the C

positron that showed his enormous power . Though

however his power is superior, He needs still hold a

green tribute board to show his fear and respect to

universal, the land and the sky,

西王母

Heavenly Empress.

Her beauty decoration.

壁画中诸多女仙，均神情安详，体态丰腴。

Most fairy ladies are painted in calm and generous

manner .

她们大多慈眉善目。

唯独这一位，怒目圆睁。原来她是电母。

Only with she is exceptional! Because she is in charge of lightning, always angry at the dark and unfair issues.

她身边的是雷公。

Her husband, the king of thunder!

雨神。（見其下雨状的道士帽）

He is the scholar of rain with a hat of rain.

这两位头顶羽毛的是风神。他们手握的朝板是白色，显示官阶低微。看来他们既善兴风作浪，也懂看风使舵。

Those two with feathers in their hats are low officers

that charge wind ,They know how to make wind .

They also know how to go with the wind for self

survivals 。

这组是八卦诸神。

Those eight are eight gentleman who charge eight

different directions in the world.,each one with a

special signal on the hat .

展厅中有一幅颇有深意的画作。系悉尼画友，著名的中国画大師任建国先生，45年前，他就读中国美院时赴永乐宫实地考察临摩。当时他24岁，为默默无名的永乐宫画師（系师徒俩人）画下此幅“ 一代画师”。请细看画中人物比例，壁画中的诸神一般有三米之高，所以画师需搭起木架才能挥洒。

This painting is made by my friend , Mr Run Jian Kuo, who at the age of 24 , studying at China Arts Academy and visited this Mural .He was greatly moved and

made this painting in memory of those unnamed

artists.Mr Run is based in Sydney and his personal

paintings are exhibited in Shanghai and Hong Zhoug,

这三幅均为任建国先生临摩。

Those are copied by Mr Run.

画魂仙韵

恒古神卷传永乐，

画筆画师已烟没；

幸有灵犀通少年，

绘下师徒挥彩墨。

弹指风云四五秋，

朝元三清渡瀛洲；

似曾热血白发头，

迎来诸神叙乡愁。

天涯倦客今聚首，

大仙送吾返神州；

空自来也空自去，

壮哉携手共相酬！

展厅中陈列了当年绘画所用的颜料。

这位是四目神。

four eyed god,

这位是六目神。

这俩位大仙看来是最能洞察世事，看破人寰的。

永乐宫显示的天廷，既有至尊，也有明确责任分工，昭示天人合一，共同礼拜一个合理完美的天地！

Six eyed god ,

They are good at seeing through all those complexities in history.The Mural shows the ancient Chinese expected a wise Emperor with a wise Officers to run the land

and sky.
