夫文以载道，诗可通玄。屈子叩天，启混沌之问；今王小荣秉炬，照元宇宙之幽邃，燃政治襟抱于云阙，熔人生浩叹入诗行。

Literature carries the Way; poetry reaches the mysterious. Qu Yuan questioned Heaven and opened the riddle of chaos; now Wang Xiaorong bears a torch, illuminating the depths of the metaverse, igniting political ideals in the clouds, and melting life’s sighs into verses.

庆阳者，羲轩画卦之墟，周祖播德之壤；燧皇钻木，星火破洪荒；岐伯论医，仁术泽寰宇；公刘教稼，农桑立典章；南梁星火，淬钢铁信仰。

Qingyang is where Fuxi drew the trigrams, where Zhou ancestors sowed virtue; where Emperor Sui struck fire to break primeval darkness; where Qibo expounded medicine, his benevolence healing the world; where Gongliu taught farming, establishing codes of agriculture; where Nanliang’s sparks forged ironclad faith.

今汇八荒智脉——自巴比伦占星、希腊逻各斯、印度因明、华夏道易，至量子算符、数据洪流，融为一炉，铸庆阳九章：

Now we gather wisdom from all corners — Babylonian astrology, Greek logos, Indian nyaya, Chinese Dao and Yi, to quantum symbols and data torrents — fused into one crucible, casting the Nine Chapters of Qingyang:

问硅基可具魂魄？究数据孰掌舟舵？

Do silicon beings possess souls? Who steers the ship amid data torrents?

虚拟太虚坍为奇点，谁执代码重铸河洛？

When virtual space collapses to a singularity, who wields code to recast the cosmic order?

昔燧皇钻木，星火燎原；今量子穿云，窥苍昊之秘。

Emperor Sui struck wood, sparking prairie fires; now quantum leaps pierce clouds, revealing heaven’s secrets.

庆阳算力中枢，链接星河，映北石窟佛光于数据海；

劈混沌为尧舜之壤，熔私欲铸铁血宪章。

Split chaos into Yao-Shun land; melt selfish desire into an iron-clad charter.

笔锋卷起千钧雷霆，誓将公义刻入星河轨辙！

The brush gathers thunderbolts, vowing to engrave justice upon the orbits of stars!

忆周祖迁豳，畎亩定农桑之基；今庆阳能源心脏，泵万亿气脉，暖寒户而亮长夜。

Recall Zhou ancestors settling Bin, laying agriculture’s foundation; today Qingyang’s energy heart pumps trillions of flows, warming cold homes and lighting long nights.

数字《离骚》，字字如鼎彝铿锵；以道御术，祖国处处有亲人，信义为经纬，织大同之网。

A digital “Li Sao,” each word rings like bronze; guiding technique with the Way, kin are found everywhere under our land, weaving a web of great unity with trust as warp and woof.
