<p class="ql-block"> 广东有一个潮汕版的布达拉宫，那就是菩提禅寺。</p><p class="ql-block">In Guangdong, there is a version of the Potala Palace in the Chaoshan region, and that is Bodhi Zen Temple.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 菩提禅寺，位于汕头市翠微岭南麓，背倚翠屏山，面朝古城，西邻石泉岩，东缘竹林寺，是潮汕地区重要的佛教名刹。</p><p class="ql-block">Bodhi Zen Temple is located in the southern foothills of Cuiwei Mountain in Shantou City. It backs onto Cuiping Mountain and faces the ancient city. To its west is Shiquan Rock and to its east is Zhuling Temple. It is an important Buddhist temple in the Chaoshan region.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 菩提禅寺，由邑人李桂波居士捐资所建。有万佛楼、钟鼓楼、大雄宝殿、观音溶洞、菩提金顶等标志性建筑，是一座完整的宗教场所。</p><p class="ql-block">Bodhi Zen Temple was built with funds donated by local resident Li Guibo. It features iconic structures such as the Thousand Buddha Hall, Bell and Drum Tower, Great Buddha Hall, Guanyin Cave, and Bodhi Golden Summit. It is a complete religious site.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 万佛楼，红墙金瓦，楼内供奉着万尊佛像，登上可俯瞰寺庙全景及周边风光。</p><p class="ql-block">The Ten Thousand Buddha Hall features red walls and golden tiles. Inside, there are thousands of Buddha statues. Ascending to the top allows one to enjoy a panoramic view of the temple and the surrounding scenery.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 观音溶洞，潮汕地区独一无二的景观，洞内有33种形态各异的观音像，可点灯祈福。</p><p class="ql-block">Guanyin Cave is a unique sight in the Chaoshan region. Inside the cave, there are 33 different forms of Guanyin statues, and visitors can light lamps to pray and seek blessings.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 法会期间，檀香缭绕，庄严肃穆，风铃声伴着诵经声，信徒优先参与，普通游客需保持静默。</p><p class="ql-block">During the religious ceremony, the incense smoke swirled, creating a solemn and respectful atmosphere. The wind chimes chimed in harmony with the chanting of scriptures. The ceremony was open to believers only, while ordinary tourists were required to remain silent.</p> <p class="ql-block">END</p>
