<p class="ql-block">也许是因为接近年底，这几天开始思考过去这么多年来，为公司发展做了的点点滴滴。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">公司已成立了18年，我记得当初创立之际，我考虑了良久，最终选择用光越科技（Optizone Technology）这个名字。其实这个公司名是源自于当初我想给公司构思的一个经营理念：光的领域，超越万里（Optical Zone, Limits Beyond Infinity）。</p> <p class="ql-block">当时想在公司成立后就建立企业文化，所以从经营理念，到公司愿景，并在实际运作中，如何体现公司价值观等，我与我的团队都用了一些心思。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">然后在实施过程中，为了树立企业文化，委托人事行政部办理公司月刊、不定时开生日会，每年都组织公司旅游，举办春节晚会等一系列活动。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">而我也是为了企业文化建设，在公司成立之后，才开始写东西的，其实写东西的初衷，就是为了要激励大家，想写就去写，想做就去做，只要有这份心，就等于有担当。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">不过现在回想起来，顿觉惭愧，这么多年了，我没用心把当初这个经营理念渗透到每一个公司员工心中，而在公司业务上，也没发展得很成功，尽管公司业绩一直在稳步增长。这，要感谢上帝对我的眷顾。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">时代在不断进步，我们也需要成长，前几年应公司的发展，把经营理念更改了，不过公司愿景与价值观，始终如一。尽管我不再是掌舵人，我衷心希望，公司会持续朝着我们的使命前进。</p> <p class="ql-block">走过了大半生，我最终得出一个结论：在公司业绩上，如果你能够比别人更早的洞察到时代如何进步，而又有能力，及时调整公司业务往这个方向发展，那么你就会成功，你就能在市场上占有一席之地，尽管你占据的席，不一定是最大的。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">不过自始至终，人生从来都是需要取得平衡的。如何你能够同时在工作与家庭之间做到得心应手，才是真正的赢家。。</p> <p class="ql-block">Perhaps due to this year is drawing to an end, these past few days I’ve found myself reflecting on all the little things I’ve done over the years for our company’s development.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">Our company has been established for 18 years now. I remembered before we began, I spent a long time considering & eventually chose the name Optizone Technology. Actually this company name originated from a business philosophy I envisioned back then: "Optical Zone, Limits Beyond Infinity."</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">At the time, I wanted to build a corporate culture right from the start. So from our business philosophy to our company vision, and also how to embody the company’s values in actual operations, my team & I put a lot of thought into it.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">During the implementation process, to establish this corporate culture, I entrusted our HR & Admin Department with several tasks, which include publishing bi-monthly company newsletter, organizing impromptu birthday parties, arranging annual company trips & hosting Spring Festival galas.</p> <p class="ql-block">As for me, to contribute to the corporate culture, I started writing after the company was established. My original intention for writing was to inspire everyone—to write if they felt like writing, to act if they wanted to do something, and to understand that having the heart to do so already means taking responsibility.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">However, looking back now, I feel a sense of shame. Over all these years, I haven’t managed to truly instill this initial business philosophy into the hearts of every employee. Moreover, our company’s business hasn’t been as successful as it could have been, even though our company has been performing & growing steadily. And for this, I thank God for His grace upon me.</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">This world is constantly progressing, and we need to grow as well. A few years ago, in response to the company’s development, we revised the business philosophy. However, the company’s vision & values remain unchanged. Although I am no longer at the helm, I sincerely hope the company will continue to move forward in line with our vision.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">Having lived most of my life, I’ve come to a conclusion: in terms of company performance, if you can perceive how the world is progressing earlier than others & have the ability to steer the company’s business in that direction, then you will succeed & secure a place in the market—even if that place isn’t necessarily the largest.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">But all in all, life has always been about finding balance. Only when you can skillfully manage both work & family can you truly be considered a winner..</p>
