抚孤是指存恤遗孤，抚养孤儿，国家对事实孤儿有完备的救助制度体系，我们的抚孤是指对那些父母一方因病或者意外去世，另一个父母改嫁，孩子由年迈老人抚养，由于这些孩子缺乏现在国家有关：事实无人抚养儿童的要件，而无法办理享受事实无人抚养儿童待遇，而处于困境之中的困境儿童进行全方位救助。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 助学，连翠公益助学分二个方面，一是对留守儿童的关爱帮助，二是对重度残疾人家庭和单亲困难家庭的困境儿童进行公益助学的公益前行❤️❤️❤️</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 一、关于抚孤，连翠公益成立十一年来，对于父母双方去世又因各种原因无法顺利办理孤儿待遇，和父母一方去世，另一方改嫁或者失踪，或者缺乏抚养能力的困境儿童，进行全方位救助的有20多人，因为篇幅有限所以在此只简单介绍7名连翠公益救助的未取得事实无人抚养儿童待遇的困境儿童情况</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 七名未取得事实无人抚养儿童待遇的类孤儿名单简介：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">1、马X珍，果庄镇，父母去世，因户口问题未取得孤儿待遇</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">2、赵x森，城阳街道，父亲去世，母亲失联。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">3、盛x飞，刘官庄镇，父亲失联，母亲去世，和83岁奶奶生活。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">4、荆x磊，荆x童，城阳街道，父亲去世，母亲改嫁</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">5、张x鹏，张x强峤山镇，父亲去世，随母亲生活。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">连翠公益对这七名困境儿童的救助时间，10年1名，9年1名，7年3名，5年2名，至今都仍在救助当中。❤️❤️❤️</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 莒县果庄镇的马x珍，是个不幸的小姑娘，她的妈妈在她幼年就因病去世，后来她的父亲又因车祸意外去世，她和85岁的奶奶住在露天漏雨的百年老房子里面，又因为户口问题，孤儿待遇迟迟没有解决。因为她父亲生前找义工红娘赵连翠介绍对象，所以赵连翠第一时间知道了这件事，并马上开展救助。🌹🌹🌹</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">从照片上知道，那是2015年5月的事情。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 马x珍和85岁的奶奶住在摇摇欲坠的百年土坯房里，房顶漏水严重，那时候又没有农村危房改造，所以祖孙二人非常艰难。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 房子盖好了，生活问题还是非常艰难，赵连翠就多次组织爱心捐款，救助马x珍祖孙二人❤️❤️❤️</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 赵连翠那时候连翠公益刚刚成立半年时间，但是连翠公益爱心志愿者积极性很高，大家决心帮助马x珍和奶奶筹款盖房子❤️❤️❤️。在社会各界包括日照市爱心人士的帮助下，大家最终筹集资金五万多元，帮助马x珍和奶奶，盖起来5间砖瓦结构的新房。❤️❤️❤️</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 奶奶年龄太大了，本村又没有马x珍能上的小学，奶奶也接送不了她上下学，所以马x珍上学问题亟待解决，赵连翠经过长时间努力，帮助马x珍在县城找到了助学对象，又通过努力帮她解决户口问题，使马x珍到了县城上学，又经过仔细筛选，帮她找到了一个条件很好的失独家庭，作为她的收养家庭，彻底改变了马x珍的命运🙏🙏</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 经过十年的关心和支持，现在马x珍，已经成为一名在读大学生🌹🌹连翠公益十年努力，终于花开见月明🌹🌹🌹</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 赵x森，城阳街道人，赵x森童年就坎坷，他父亲生前有麻风病，住院治疗多年，人到中年，找了一个智力障碍残疾人结婚，生下赵x森，他妈妈在他很小的时候就已经失联，不知去向！更不幸的是赵x森十岁的时候，他爸爸因为脑出血，脑疝去世，赵x成了无依无靠的孩子，又因为母亲的原因，办不成孤儿待遇，那时候也没有事实无人抚养儿童政策，所以赵x森也成了一个没有待遇的类孤儿。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 赵x森的父亲，不幸在2017年5月，突发严重脑出血和脑疝，抢救无效去世，留下了孤单无依的赵x森。😭</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 赵x森父亲去世以后，赵x森的抚养成了问题，孩子聪明帅气，好几个家庭都争，甚至走上法庭调解，赵连翠深入参与申请的几个家庭慎重考虑甄别，最后帮赵x森选择了一个退休大学教授家庭，不管经济条件还是文化水平对赵x森的成长都大有帮助。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 赵连翠不放心孩子的过后生活，又连续跟踪帮助了二三年，最后，孩子一切走上正轨，收养家庭也表示不需要继续跟进，所以赵x森的过后生活问题，连翠公益到此为止，九年过去了孩子也到了考大学的年龄，祝赵x森未来一路平安顺利，前程似锦🌹🌹🌹</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 盛x飞，刘官庄镇人，父亲失联13年了，母亲去世5年，和83岁的奶奶，神经分裂的二大爷一起生活。生活特困，发现她是2018年8月，她上初三的时候，她因为父母没有结婚证的原因，父亲失联又缺乏现在事实无人抚养儿童待遇认定的一些规定，所以也无法办理有关福利待遇。至今连翠公益已经救助盛x飞7年时间，孩子已经顺利上完高中大学，现在大学毕业正在找工作。🌹🌹🌹</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 盛x飞家庭，奶奶八十多了，而且体弱多病，二大爷神经分裂，而且糖尿病严重！二个人低保一个人200，盛x飞都没有低保，所以这个家庭特别困难。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 连翠公益为了救助盛x飞，充分利用网络上的爱心人士，通过沂南的爱心人士联系到了香港，贵阳，福州等多位爱心人士，对她进行长期助学❤️❤️❤️爱心人士对盛x飞上学期间的生活费，学费，零花进行全方位救助❤️❤️❤️七年救助期间，爱心捐款达到十几万，现在盛x飞已经顺利大学毕业，正在找工作当中🌹🌹🌹</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22,
