<p class="ql-block">科技部党组书记、部长阴和俊在中共中央10月24日举行的新闻发布会上说，为加快高水平科技自立自强，引领发展新质生产力，《建议》从四方面作出部署：一是加强原始创新和关键核心技术攻关；二是推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合；三是一体推进教育科技人才发展；四是深入推进数字中国建设。</p> <p class="ql-block">At the press conference held by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on October 24, Yin Hejun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, stated that to accelerate the building of self-reliance and self-improvement in high-level science and technology and lead the development of new productive forces, the Suggestions has made arrangements from four aspects: first, strengthening basic research and tackling key and core technological problems; second, promoting in-depth integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation; third, advancing the integrated development of education, science and technology, and human resources; fourth, further advancing the construction of a Digital China.</p>
