The difference between “new precision system” and other bidding systems, or the advantage lies in.

4.The major opening bid in the 3rd/4th seat is still 5 cards, else choose 1D (no guarantee for the number of suit cards) or Mini 1NT opening bid. The invitation is still 2C, but Drury is not be used.
5.Some patch bid have been abolished, such as Jacoby, Schreiber, Bart, Bell, Wolff, Walsh, Meckstroth, Kokish and Namyats. Some conventions, such as solemn 3NT and Last train, are also not be used.
6.The void can also be asked out with all-hand patterns, and the void key-card asking bid is not important.
7.The slam invitational bid which 4NT is gone, and it is no longer entangled and confused with the 4NT key-card asking bid.
8.High-order over-calls, the meaning has changed. PASS is not forcing, and doubling is not punishment.
9.First-order takeout doubles, and the dominant bidding changed. Below 7HCP, 0~4HCP and 5~7HCP can be distinguished, and the number of suit cards can also be expressed. Above 9HCP, you don't have to jump bid.
The third is: the all-restrictive and all-hand patterns.

1C opening bid, the responder’s arbitrary 4441 hand patterns, and the Maximum/Minimum;
3.1D opening bid, 4th suits forcing game: opener’s all-hand patterns, and the Maximum/Minimum;
4.1NT opening bid, 2D forcing game: opener’s 44 hand patterns (the opening bid has indicated the Maximum/Minimum);
