Today I want to tell you about the Mid-Autumn Festival. The Mid-autumn Festival is a special day for family reunion. It is on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month, when the moon is big round and bright.

On this day, we do three main things:First we look at the beautiful full moon. Second we eat mooncakes. Mooncakes are round and sweet. They stand for happiness and togetherness. Third we tell the story of Chang'e the moon goddess. It's amagical story that many children love. To me the Mid-Autumn Festival means love home and warmth. No matter where we are when we look up at the same moon, we feel close to our family.

Happy Mid-autumn Festival!
