<p class="ql-block">鲃鱼</p><p class="ql-block">又是一具有传奇色彩的个性小鱼,个子不大,号称长江河豚之常驻周庄内河后备部队,如能进得长江,出得大海,便可升级为河豚。可谓上得厅堂,下得厨房,君子好逑之。</p><p class="ql-block">鲃鱼长相很可爱,周庄很多饭店门口的鱼缸都有养着。小口大腹、细鳞、花背、白肚,肚皮下还有小刺,用手指触碰之,身体即涨大如球,烹食时开背嵌入鲜猪肉之类,重糖红烧,肉质极细极嫩。另有鲃肺汤一等鲜汤云海大酒店有一名菜“聚宝盆”为上品。 </p><p class="ql-block">鲫鱼豆腐汤</p><p class="ql-block">鲫鱼、豆腐,江南太普遍了,可就是喜欢在周庄吃,好像是妈妈做的。 </p><p class="ql-block">来碗米饭,夹上块鱼籽,盛上块豆腐,鲜、香、嫩,最中意几种口感都上来了。</p><p class="ql-block">这道菜因为太平凡,在周庄不太出名,可我就是要推荐,有妈妈煲的感觉。</p><p class="ql-block">Braised Bayu Fish</p><p class="ql-block">Bayu fish is a legendary</p><p class="ql-block">specie in fish family of Zhouzhuang. It's so funny to see their bellies swelled</p><p class="ql-block">when in danger.</p><p class="ql-block">swellfish.</p><p class="ql-block">Fearless Chinese love eating swellfish, and Bayu fish as well. They praise the two to be the most tender and delicious in all kinds of fresh water fish.</p><p class="ql-block">Carp soup with bean curd</p><p class="ql-block">Carp and bean curd are both common cooking materials in Yangzi River basin of China. However, carp soup with bean curd cooked by Zhouzhuangees creates a special taste about“home." Get a bowl of rice and put on some carp seeds together with some bean curd. That's all I want, delicious, sweet and</p><p class="ql-block">tender.</p><p class="ql-block">This dish is so common in Zhouzhuang that every mother lakes it as her specialty. That's why I recommend it.</p>
