2025年7月11-13日，罗兰岗基督徒礼拜堂在USD举办了两天的退修会。教徒们聆听牧师布道，听取神的话语。

首先，大家被美丽的校园吸引。

USD被誉为 “全美最美丽的大学校园之一”。

成立于1949年，是一所私立天主教大学，由男性主导的San Diego College for Men 和女性主导的San Diego College forWomen合并而成。

该校强调“信仰、自由与服务”的理念，培养许多社会和法律专业人才。

主体建筑风格为西班牙文艺复兴式（Spanish Renaissance Revival），大量拱门、雕花、红瓦屋顶与白色墙体设计，校园核心是The Immaculata 教堂，其蓝色圆顶是视觉中心。

教堂位于山顶，可俯瞰圣地亚哥湾与太平洋，风景极为开阔。

From July 11 to 13, 2025, Rowland Heights Christian Chapel held a two-day retreat at USD. The believers listened to the pastor's sermon and heard the word of God.

First of all, everyone was attracted by the beautiful campus.

USD is known as "one of the most beautiful college campuses in the United States."

Founded in 1949, it is a private Catholic university formed by the merger of the male-dominated San Diego College for Men and the female-dominated San Diego College for Women.

The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church was built on May 5, 1959, by the first bishop of the Diocese of San Diego, Most Reverend Charles Francis Buddy. Originally designed as the cathedral of the University of San Diego and Immaculate Heart Seminary, it later became an independent parish serving Alcalá Park and the surrounding communities.

Located on the campus of the University of San Diego, the church is located at 5998 Alcalá Park, San Diego, CA 92110, overlooking Tecolote Canyon and Mission Bay, and is one of the most prominent landmarks on campus. Its blue dome and bell tower can be seen from a distance, especially at sunset, the view is particularly spectacular.

The church has a 105-foot-tall light blue mosaic dome topped with a 10-foot-8-inch-tall statue of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. In addition, there is a 167-foot-tall bell tower topped with a 300-pound cross, which enhances the building's verticality.

屋顶采用红色科尔多瓦瓦片（red Cordova tile roof），与西班牙文艺复兴复兴式建筑风格一致。外墙使用奶油色石材框架，内部装饰有从意大利进口的十字架苦路（Stations of the Cross）和来自德国奥伯阿梅尔高（Oberammergau）的手工雕刻十字架。

The red Cordova tile roof is consistent with the Spanish Renaissance Revival style, the exterior walls are framed with cream-colored stone, and the interior is decorated with Stations of the Cross imported from Italy and hand-carved crosses from Oberammergau, Germany.

The light blue mosaic dome, 105 feet high, is topped by a 10-foot-8-inch-tall statue of the Immaculate Conception.

The roof is made of red Cordoba tiles, and the exterior walls are framed with cream-colored stone.

The interior features the Stations of the Cross imported from Italy and a hand-carved cross from Germany in the shape of a cross, 200 feet long and 148 feet wide.

His body was said to have remained incorrupt for many years, which was considered a miracle.

He was canonized by Pope Sixtus V in 1588.

The city of San Diego is named after him.

He encourages believers to understand God's will in this confusing era, live out the Lord's destiny, build a healthy church together, and run towards the benchmark of the Great Commission!
