<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">双廊</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"><span class="ql-cursor"></span>位于洱源县的东南和洱海的东岸，距下关35公里，古名“拴廊”。双廊上两岛天然的自然风光为洱海之最，是大理苍洱风景名胜区的主要景区。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">南诏风情岛</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"><span class="ql-cursor"></span>是洱海三岛之一，位于苍洱国家级风景名胜区的黄金地段---洱源县东南端的双廊乡境内。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">该岛四面环水，东靠著名佛教圣地鸡足山，北接石宝山，南连大理，西对苍山洱海，因占据着得天独厚的旅游资源，故素有“大理风光在苍洱 ，苍洱风光在双廊”之美誉。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">传说南诏的祖先是一个名叫“沙壹”的女性，她以捕鱼为生，在捕鱼的过程中，触沉木而感孕，于是生下十 个儿子，后哀牢山下又有一夫妇生下十女，九隆兄弟就娶了这些女子为妻，后渐相滋长，一直繁衍。这一传说被雕塑家叶毓山教授给沙壹母所生的十个儿子赋予了十种原始的生活、劳作方面的命义，而且刻绘得出神人画，栩栩如生。诸如祭祷、狩猎。钻木崇火、移石筑屋等。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">双廊的早晨</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:22px;">玉几岛</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:22px;">又名玉玑岛，是洱海三大岛屿之一，因形似圆茶几而得名，素有“苍洱第一村”美誉。玉几岛位于大理双廊镇，因舞蹈家杨丽萍修建的太阳宫和月亮宫而闻名。岛上保存有玉玑庵、杜文秀水师兵营遗址等历史遗迹，兼具千年古渔村风貌与现代名人建筑。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:22px;">曾作为电影《五朵金花的儿女们》《洱海月》的拍摄地，以苍翠植被和洱海风光著称。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">玉波阁</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">始建于明末，为白族传统建筑，融合了军事与文化功能。阁内保留了明代题写的牌匾，现存建筑为2007年重建，曾作为杜文秀义军水师的寨门，具有重要历史价值。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:22px;">杨丽萍太阳宫艺术空间</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:22px;">是舞蹈家杨丽萍于2000年在大理洱海畔建造的私人艺术空间，现为公益性艺术展览空间，主要展示其个人艺术收藏及生活美学理念。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">太阳宫融合白族民居“三坊一照壁”结构与现代极简美学，主体建筑建于礁石之上，采用石材与钢架结构，错层设计使每个房间都能观赏苍山洱海。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"><span class="ql-cursor"></span>内部陈设包含渔船改造的床榻、演出道具再利用的艺术装置，以及叶永青的现代画作和《平潭映象》《春之祭》等舞剧道具。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">太阳宫边的“一线天”</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">这个是杨丽萍太阳宫大门的门栓</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">铜铃——藏式风铃</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">铜铃</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">有知道这个是啥东东吗？</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">洱海边</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">下一站：剑川 沙溪古镇</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:right;"><b style="font-size:22px;">2025-7-9 洱海双廊</b></p>
