<p class="ql-block">应母校人文学院之邀给越南大学生教一套简单的太极拳，这是前往华科大的路上，一路晴空万里，白云悠悠，青山绿水，心随景移，非常舒畅。</p><p class="ql-block">On my way to Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), where I’ve been invited by my alma mater’s School of Humanities to teach a simplified Tai Chi set to Vietnamese university students, the world unfolded in perfect harmony Boundless blue skies stretched overhead, leisurely clouds drifted like silk scrolls, and emerald mountains embraced lucid rivers—**my heart danced with the shifting scenery, pure delight in every step</p> <p class="ql-block">下午三点整抵达了学校，跟你我一起来的还有为我作跟踪报道的*楚之天地*自由媒体人雷雨记者。</p><p class="ql-block">At exactly 3 PM, we arrived at the university. Accompanying me was **Mr. Lei Yu** – a multimedia envoy documenting this Taiji</p><p class="ql-block">Culture Exchange</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">他是《中国记录》新媒体的主编 《今日头条》的签约合作人雷雨先生，他在文化交流活动方面做过大量的报道。今天全程跟踪我的教学，帮助我们一起弘扬太极文化。</p><p class="ql-block">He is *Freelance Journalist** for *Chu Landscape* cultural review </p><p class="ql-block">**Editor-in-Chief** of *China Record* digital media </p><p class="ql-block">Featured Contributor to *TouTiao News* </p><p class="ql-block"> With extensive experience reporting on cross-cultural exchanges, he will be **documenting today's instructional process in its entirety**, joining forces with us to **propagate Tai Chi's globe-spanning legacy</p> <p class="ql-block">这栋楼曾经是我们机械系学企业管理的教学楼，由于学校的发展与扩大，这里已是独立的人文学院办公楼了。这里也经常有国际交流活动。</p><p class="ql-block">This building was where our Mechanical Engineering students took Business Management classes</p><p class="ql-block">As the university expanded it became the independent office building for the Humanities School </p><p class="ql-block">International exchange events are often held here</p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:18px;">五楼的舞蹈教室，就是这次我给越南大学生上课的地方</span></p><p class="ql-block">This is the dance classroom on the fifth floor where I taught the Vietnamese university students.</p> <p class="ql-block">一到教室，很想多了解大学生们从哪个大学来，学什么专业。选择这个小姑娘提问是因为她最小，十八岁。这正是我读大学的年龄啊，她就像我那时的样子。</p><p class="ql-block">Arriving in the classroom and wanted TO know which universities they came from and what majors they studied. </p><p class="ql-block">I chose this young girl to ask because she was the youngest – just 18 years old. </p><p class="ql-block">That was my age when I was in college. She reminded me of myself at that time</p> <p class="ql-block">先介绍了我与越南的情谊和缘分来源于父亲，他1954年就读天津大学时班上有三位越南留学生，他们非常赞叹中国文化博大精深也非常喜欢中国文化。父亲与他们在年轻的时候结下了很深的友谊，所以我在越南做项目时，得到过他们的大力支持和照顾。在越南工作期间也与越南人民建立了很友好的关系。</p><p class="ql-block">My bond with Vietnam **began with my father In 1954, **he studied at Tianjin University Three Vietnamese students were in his class</p><p class="ql-block">They greatly admired Chinese culture and oved it deeply. My father formed strong friendships with them when young. </p><p class="ql-block">When I worked on projects in Vietnam, </p><p class="ql-block">they supported me strongly </p><p class="ql-block">They took good care of me During my work in Vietnam, I built positive relationshipswith Vietnamese people</p> <p class="ql-block">开课半小时基本上给越南大学生们介绍了什么是太极拳以及什么是太极文化。太极拳核心要义以及太极拳准确定义！不想让她们来中国了解中国文化时学一下太极拳只学了几个动作的太极操。</p> <p class="ql-block">告诉大家太极拳虽然是武术中的一种，可以打人也可以防人，但是她也是哲学道理之拳，也是中国核心文化的载体</p><p class="ql-block">Let me explain something about Tai Chi. Yes, it's a martial art - you can use it to fight or defend yourself. </p><p class="ql-block">But it's much more than that. </p><p class="ql-block">Tai Chi is actually a philosophy in motion. </p><p class="ql-block">It carries the essence of Chinese culture.</p> <p class="ql-block">年轻姑娘们全神贯注的投入了听讲</p><p class="ql-block">These young girls listened with full concentration</p> <p class="ql-block">以意领气，一开始就告诉大家，太极拳看重的是身体内气的运动</p> <p class="ql-block">给她们讲到了天有三宝日月星，人有三宝精气神，讲到了以意领气，讲到了天人合一，</p> <p class="ql-block">她们很可爱，学起来非常认真，看起来她们比中国大学生们更渴望学到中国文化，因为这是她们的专业《中文学》她们内心渴望多学些中国文化的知识</p><p class="ql-block">The young ladies werevery lovely and extremely diligent in their learning.It seemed they were even more eager to learn about</p><p class="ql-block">Chinese culture compared to Chinese university students, as "ChineseStudies" was</p><p class="ql-block"> their major.They genuinely desired to</p><p class="ql-block">gain more knowledge about Chinese culture.</p> <p class="ql-block">以意领气的内在气血运动的拳才是太极拳</p> <p class="ql-block">采访越南大学生！</p> <p class="ql-block">采访这次越南大学生中文夏令营的美丽队长</p> <p class="ql-block">上课一节课后采访我～武汉和太极国际文化发展有限公司董事长，悠然太极学堂创始人，武当赵宝太极第十四代传人，非遗武当张三丰内丹还阳功第一代传人，原华中工学院院武术队副队长张彦</p> <p class="ql-block">和太极八式之第一式无极式</p> <p class="ql-block">和太极八式第二式金刚捣碓第三式懒扎衣</p> <p class="ql-block">和太极八式第四式右白鹤亮翅</p> <p class="ql-block">快下课了，只有两个小时的学习，大家把今天学习的部分从头到尾合练一次</p> <p class="ql-block">教学完成后，在一楼大厅休息了一下。一直希望越南大学生们能多了解一下太极拳，我几乎两个小时没有喝水。因为教室在顶楼，武汉又是37度高温，空调效果不够好，室内室很闷热，待大家学习完就不得不在此休息一下。正好雷先生继续采访了我。</p><p class="ql-block">I really wanted the Vietnamese students to understand Tai Chi better - so much that I went two full hours without drinking water The classroom was on the top floor and with Wuhan's 37°C heat plus weak air conditioning, the room became extremely stuffy. Everyone needed to rest afterwardwhich gave Mr. Lei the perfect chance to continue interviewing me</p> <p class="ql-block">后来，带雷先生来到了华科大著名的青年园</p><p class="ql-block">After that I brought Mr. Lei to Youth Garden, a famous scenic spot at HUST </p> <p class="ql-block">走一下正好是1985年有过的路，正四十年了啊！还记得那么的清晰和深刻。遗憾很多大学生们在这里有青涩的恋爱的浪漫而我没有。</p><p class="ql-block"> Walking on this path that the same path I took in 1985 exactly forty years ago </p><p class="ql-block">The memories remain vivid and deep though with some regret: while many students experienced young love and romance herewhich I never did</p> <p class="ql-block">不过虽然没有在这里谈恋爱，可是有对爱情的美好向往！</p><p class="ql-block">But even though I never had romance here my heart still held all the beautiful hopes of love.</p> <p class="ql-block">曾经也有和女同学们在夜里在荷塘月色下说悄悄话！</p><p class="ql-block">I still remember those nights whispering with female classmates by the lotus pond under moonlight</p> <p class="ql-block">此刻，面向夕阳，还是有点伤感，伤感人生还不够灿烂和辉煌</p><p class="ql-block">Standing here facing the sunset, a touch of melancholy lingers for a life not yet radiant enough, not yet brilliant enough.</p> <p class="ql-block">这次采访的最后一次提问，让我表达一下大学生武术队训练时曾经留下的足迹，武术训练是我大学生活的一部分，给了我美好的回忆和人生的价值</p><p class="ql-block">For the final question of this interview,</p><p class="ql-block">Let me speak of the traces we left behind</p><p class="ql-block">during our university martial arts team trainings which is part life of my university </p><p class="ql-block">They gave me many beautiful memory and bring more value of my life</p> <p class="ql-block">荷叶恬静如我心 我与荷叶紧相依</p><p class="ql-block">心如止水鉴常明 太极神韵我梦里</p><p class="ql-block">Lotus leaves, tranquil as my heart </p><p class="ql-block"> We cling together, never to part </p><p class="ql-block">Mind like still water, mirror-clear </p><p class="ql-block">Tai Chi's spirit in my dreams appears</p> <p class="ql-block">人生求静也求动 静中有动藏温柔</p><p class="ql-block">独处有景众有乐 动静平衡境谐和</p><p class="ql-block">Life seeks stillness, yet craves motion</p><p class="ql-block">True softness blooms where both find fusion</p><p class="ql-block">Solitude brings its quiet views</p><p class="ql-block">While shared joy sparkles in group hues </p><p class="ql-block">Perfect balance - this harmonyOf dynamic tranquility</p>
