夏至标志着盛夏的开始，气温逐渐升高，天气炎热，是一年中少有的高温阶段，容易导致中暑。地面受热强烈，空气对流旺盛，午后至傍晚常易形成雷阵雨。在魔都会多次出现暴雨天气，严重的时候还会有洪涝灾害，空气变得非常潮湿阴冷，容易滋生霉菌、病菌。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px;"> 关于魔都夏的饮食我只知夏天多吃凉面，当然民间有“冬至饺子夏至面”的说法，夏至吃面有尝新之意。此外，还有吃夏至饼、夏至羹、豌豆糕等习俗。懂认为炎炎夏日还是：宜清淡，吃苦瓜、冬瓜汤、绿豆汤等清热解暑的食物为上策。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px;"><span
