• “沉睡的驾驶员”这个隐喻太贴切了——你以为车在稳稳前行，其实早已偏离了方向。这一章让我意识到，不是信息不足，而是我们常常选择只看“顺眼的真相”。现实中也是如此，不管是组织决策还是个人选择，我们也容易陷入“自证预言”的陷阱，看见的只是我们想看到的。

The metaphor of a driver asleep at the wheel is painfully accurate—not because of lack of information, but due to selective attention. We often see what we want to see, both in national policy and personal life.

• 我越来越理解，战略失误并不是偶然，更不是突发的“黑天鹅”，而是长期自满、脱离现实的必然结果。尤其是在今天这个变化快速的世界，任何“理所当然”的判断都可能成为明天的代价。醒着开车，才是对自己的真正负责。

Strategic failures are rarely sudden—they’re the result of long-term detachment from reality. In a fast-changing world, awareness and humility are not luxuries, they’re necessities.
