<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">病例1、双侧慢性硬膜下血肿</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">患者女性，头晕、头疼半月入院。CT示双侧颞顶部硬膜下血肿。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">双侧颞顶部锥颅置管引流出约70mL积血。患者头晕头疼症状好转。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">病例2、中央型丘脑出血破入脑室，四脑室铸形，患者呈昏迷状态。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">微创锥颅侧脑室置管引流一周。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">复查CT四脑室积血消失，丘脑周围出血明显减少，患者意识恢复正常。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">二周后复查CT出血完全吸收，意识清楚，言语清楚，行走可，功能基本恢复。</b></p>
