Internship promotes growth, farming and weaving teach the dream of education.

教育见习，如春雨润物般浸润成长，

教育见习，如种子破土般蓄力未来。

Educational internships, like the spring rain nourishing the earth, permeate

growth; Educational internships, like lighthouses guiding ships, clarify

directions; Educational internships, like seeds breaking through the soil, accumulate strength for the future.

为了让我们将专业知识落实，观察教学实践，了解学生特点，掌握课堂管理技巧，提升教学能力，为未来职业发展奠定基础。2025年5月19日，由外国语学院张萌老师带领2022英语3班前往海口江东枫叶学校开展为期5天教育见习。

In order to enable us to apply our professional knowledge, observe teaching practices, understand students' characteristics, master classroom management skills, enhance teaching abilities, and lay a foundation for future career development, on May 19, 2025, Teacher Zhang Meng from the Foreign Languages College led Class 3 of 2022 to the Haikou Dongjiang Maple Leaf School for a 5-day educational internship.

海口江东枫叶学校，于2018年登记办学。截止至今，小学32个班，初中8个班，中小学生共1698名。隶属于海南枫叶国际学校分部。

Haikou Dongjiang Maple Leaf School was registered for operation in 2018. As of now, there are 32 classes in the primary school and 8 classes in the junior high school, with a total of 1,698 students in primary and secondary schools. It is affiliated to the branch of Hainan Maple Leaf International School.

第一天：见习欢迎会和升旗

晨光熹微，怀揣着对教育的热情与期待，我们踏上了见习之旅。清晨的校车上，同学们精神饱满，准时出发。当朝阳洒满大地时，海口江东枫叶学校的校门映入眼帘，标志着我们见习生活的正式开始。

The dawn was just beginning to break, and with enthusiasm and anticipation for education, we embarked on our internship journey. On the early morning school bus, the students were full of energy and set off punctually. When the sun spread its rays across the land, the school gate of Haikou Dongjiang Maple Leaf School came into view, marking the official start of our internship life.

Ms. Zhang Yuanyuan, the director of the English Center of Hainan Dongjiang Maple Leaf School, came out to welcome the trainees to the school.

海口枫叶学校英语中心主任张媛媛女士发言欢迎琼台师范学院的见习学生来见习并说明了一下注意事项。

Ms. Zhang Yuanyuan, the director of the English Center of Haikou Maple Leaf School, delivered a speech to welcome the trainee students from Qiongtai Normal University for their internship and explained some precautions.

参加学校的升旗仪式，让我们看到祖国的花朵正在茁壮成长。并参观了一下校园，感受枫叶学子的校园生活。

Attending the school flag-raising ceremony, we can see that the flowers of our motherland are growing vigorously.And I also visited the campus and experienced the campus life of the students of Fengye University.

下午的课堂观摩中，我们深刻体会到“实践出真知”的道理，认真观察教师的教学策略与课堂互动，在反思中寻找自身的不足，为未来的教育之路积累经验。

During the afternoon classroom observation, we deeply understood the principle that "practice leads to true knowledge". We carefully observed the teaching strategies of the teachers and the classroom interactions, reflecting on ourselves and identifying our shortcomings, in order to accumulate experience for our future education path.

第二天:融入校园节奏

尽管对枫叶小学已有初步了解，但第二天的见习仍充满新鲜感。清晨的校园广播唤醒沉睡的活力，学生们身着整齐的校服，琅琅书声回荡在走廊间，那份专注与热情感染着每一位见习生。

Although I already had a preliminary understanding of Fengye Primary School, the observation the next day still brought a sense of freshness. The morning campus broadcast woke up the sleepy vitality, and the students, dressed in neat school uniforms, chanted their lessons loudly, reverberating in the corridors. That concentration and enthusiasm infected every one of the observers.

紧凑的课程学习后，课间操的音乐响起，学生们迅速调整状态，跟随节奏舒展身体。整齐的动作、灿烂的笑容，展现了青春的朝气与集体的凝聚力，成为校园里一道独特的风景线。

After a compact course of study, the music of the morning exercises began to play. The students quickly adjusted their states and followed the rhythm to stretch their bodies. The coordinated movements and bright smiles demonstrated the vitality of youth and the cohesion of the group, becoming a unique landscape on the campus.

学校的课程设置令人耳目一新，除了语文、数学等基础学科，还开设了音乐、美术、轮滑、足球、射箭等特色课程。这些丰富的活动不仅培养了学生的兴趣，更激发了他们的创造力和探索精神。

The curriculum of the school is refreshing and innovative. Besides basic subjects such as Chinese and mathematics, it also offers special courses like music, art, roller skating, football, and archery. These diverse activities not only cultivate students' interests but also stimulate their creativity and exploratory spirit.

第三天:走进童真世界

踏入小学教室的那一刻，孩子们清澈的目光和纯真的笑容瞬间融化了我们的紧张。课堂上，教师巧妙地将知识融入趣味故事，让学习变得生动有趣。

The moment we stepped into the primary school classroom, the children's clear eyes and innocent smiles instantly calmed our anxiety. In the classroom, the teacher skillfully integrated knowledge into interesting stories, making learning both lively and enjoyable.

课间时分，孩子们围住我们提问，天马行空的问题拉近了彼此的距离。跟见习老师们一起愉快的玩游戏，使师生关系更加贴近。

During the break, the children gathered around us to ask questions, and the wild and imaginative questions helped to bridge the gap between us. Playing games together with the trainee teachers made the relationship between teachers and students even closer.

第四天:批改作业和辅助听说考试

这一天，我们协助老师批改作业，每一笔红勾与评语都承载着对学生的鼓励与期许。透过文字，我们感受到教育不仅是知识的传授，更是心灵的沟通与成长的陪伴。

On this day, we helped the teacher grade the homework. Each red mark and comment carried encouragement and expectations for the students. Through the words, we felt that education is not only about imparting knowledge, but also about communication of the soul and companionship in the process of growth.

枫叶学校的特色考试，为了更好的进行，我们尽心尽力的辅助老师们监考。

The special examination of Fengye School was carried out more smoothly thanks to our dedicated efforts in assisting the teachers with the supervision.

监考完成后，又马不停蹄的投入观摩课堂当中去，在不同的年级，不同的班级中学到了课本上没有的知识。更加深刻的体会到教书育人的含义。

After the exam was over, I immediately got back to observing the classes. In different grades and classes, I learned knowledge that was not covered in the textbooks. This made me have a deeper understanding of the meaning of teaching and nurturing students.

孩子们亲手绘制的黑板报充满想象力，从航天探索到海洋保护，每一笔色彩都展现了他们对世界的独特理解。这样的活动不仅锻炼了动手能力，更在潜移默化中培养了审美与环保意识。

The blackboard reports drawn by the children themselves are full of imagination. From space exploration to marine conservation, every stroke of color showcases their unique understanding of the world. Such activities not only enhance their practical skills but also cultivate their aesthetic sense and environmental awareness in an imperceptible way.

第五天:依依惜别

转眼到了周五，离别的情绪在空气中弥漫。分享大学生活时，孩子们眼中闪烁着对未来的憧憬。临别之际，他们送上亲手绘制的小礼物，创意满满的手工作品充满了感谢与不舍，让我们深深体会到教育的意义。与见习老师的道别也是充满了温情，见习老师对我们的美好祝愿也在回忆中留下浓墨重彩的一笔。

It was Friday by now, and the feeling of parting filled the air. When sharing their university experiences, the children's eyes shone with visions for the future. At the time of parting, they presented handmade small gifts, creative handicrafts filled with gratitude and reluctance, which made us deeply understand the significance of education. Saying goodbye to the trainee teacher was also filled with warmth， and the kind wishes of the trainee teacher left a vivid and significant mark in our memories.

总结与感恩

这一周的见习之旅收获满满，不仅提升了专业能力，更坚定了我们投身教育事业的决心。在此，2022英语3班全体同学向所有指导老师和带队老师致以最诚挚的感谢：“谢谢你们的悉心指导，辛苦了！”未来，我们将带着这份热忱与所学，继续在教育路上坚定前行。

This week's internship journey was extremely rewarding. It not only enhanced our professional skills but also strengthened our determination to devote ourselves to the education field. Here, all the students of Class 3 of 2022 express their deepest gratitude to all the instructors and the leader teachers： "Thank you for your meticulous guidance. You've worked hard!" In the future， we will carry this enthusiasm and what we have learned， continue to forge ahead firmly on the path of education.
