class="ql-block">黄华兆，男，壮族，中国致公党员，1977年7月生，广西防城港市人，广西艺术学院水彩研究生班毕业，研修于中央美术学院靳尚宜油画高研班、中国国家画院刘万鸣高研班。现系全国青常委、广西政协委员、一级美术师、中国美术家协会水彩画艺术委员会副主任、全国青年文化艺术界别委员会副主任、中国水彩画院研究员、广西群众艺术馆美术创作专家、广西艺术学院研究生导师、广西美术家协会副主席、广西美协水彩艺委会主任、广西水彩画家协会主席。</p><p class="ql-block">水彩画，油画作品三十余次入选由中国文化旅游部、中国美术家协会、中国油画学会主办的全国性画展， 获最全国水彩画展览最高奖三次及多个国际水彩画奖项。曾在中国美术馆、北京大学、中央美术学院、广西艺术学院、法国巴黎等地举办个人画展，并在二十余国展出作品及讲学。多幅作品参加荣葆斋、北京保利、瀚海拍卖并被海内外机构及个人收藏。</p><p
