John Vanderbank， 1694年9月9日 – 1739年12月23日， English画家，在 George I统治期间末期非常出名， George II前期异常时尚。他是杰出的肖像画画家。但他的生活方式使他财政经常出现危机，他只有 45岁就去世了。

他1694年9月9日生在 London一个艺术家庭，是Sarah和 John Vanderbank Snr的儿子。 自 1679年Soho Tapestry Manufactory老板和 Yeoman Arras-maker to the Great Wardrobe为皇家提供地毯 Great Queen Street、 Covent Garden。他家长辈都在 England纺织业工作。

1723年7月12日他与演员 Ann Hardaker在St Mary's Church, Islington结婚。

他1739年在Holles Street死于肺结核和心力衰竭，享年 45岁。按照他的遗嘱于1739年12月19日葬在St Marylebone Parish Church, Westminster。去世前四天他将全部财产 "unto my dear wife"。 Anne Vanderbank于1750年去世，葬在St George Hanover Square。
