The theme of my speech today is Labor for Growth, Practice Creates Happiness.</p><p class="ql-block"> Labor is the nutrients for growth, practice is the key to happiness. We always think that happiness is the grade, is the game, is to be cared for, but the key to happiness is in the hands of labor.Labor teaches us the real power. Every time to clean the blackboard, stooping to pick up the litter, organizing the messy desk, are reminding us: the good things need to pay effort. When we learn to persevere in labor, learn to cooperate, and learn not to be afraid in the face of difficulties, this is growth. It's not flashy, but it makes us tougher.</p><p class="ql-block"> Practice hides the answer to happiness. Plant a tree, see it from seed to flower; to do a handmade, harvest the joy of completion; even learn to do a dish, taste the sweetness of their own hands ...... These ordinary practice are telling us: happiness is not to wait for, but to create their own. Those soiled palms and paint-stained fingers are the most vivid model of youth.</p><p class="ql-block"> Students, we often admire the birds flying, but forget that they have practiced lifting their wings countless times. Labor and practice is the process of exercising our wings. Put down the virtual world in the cell phone and enter the real playground and farmland; say goodbye to dependence and try to solve problems independently. When you exchange labor for a neat classroom, and practice to complete a small invention, you will find: happiness, hidden behind every drop of sweat.</p><p class="ql-block"> Finally, I want to say: the most beautiful posture of youth is to run with both hands. Let's water our growth with labor and light up our happiness with practice! </p><p class="ql-block"> Thank you all!</p> 教师代表讲话 <p class="ql-block">尊敬的各位领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：</p><p class="ql-block"> 大家早上好！</p><p class="ql-block"> 今天，站在鲜艳的五星红旗下，我想和大家分享一个朴实却永恒的主题——劳动促成长，实践创幸福。</p><p class="ql-block"> 一、劳动是生命的底色，是成长的阶梯</p><p class="ql-block"> 同学们，从远古先民刀耕火种，到现代科技改变世界；从一砖一瓦筑起高楼，到一字一句书写真理，劳动始终是人类文明最坚实的基石。</p><p class="ql-block"> 作为中学生，我们的劳动或许平凡，但同样充满力量：每天认真打扫教室，让校园整洁明亮；参与班级值日，分担集体的责任；亲手种植一棵绿植，呵护生命的成长……这些看似微小的劳动，正是培养我们责任感、耐心和毅力的土壤。劳动不是负担，而是成长的必修课。</p><p class="ql-block"> 二、实践是智慧的源泉，是幸福的密码</p><p class="ql-block"> 古人云：“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”知识若只停留在书本上，便如同无根的浮萍；唯有通过实践，才能让智慧生根发芽。</p><p class="ql-block"> 爱迪生历经上千次实验才点亮电灯，袁隆平院士扎根田间数十年培育杂交水稻，航天工作者用无数次测试托起“神舟”飞天……他们的成就告诉我们：幸福从来不是从天而降的礼物，而是用双手创造的果实。</p><p class="ql-block"> 同学们，我们的劳技课上，开学一起制作姓名牌、教师节叠康乃馨、十一展示了厨艺、也整理过房间、学过纸浮雕、动手做书签、元旦学了摄影、提高了拍照技术、女神节学了插花、清明节一块儿制做白菊花、也学会了叠战斗机，还了解了怎么制印章。你们正在用实践书写属于自己的成长故事。</p><p class="ql-block"> 三、以劳动践行使命，用实践点亮未来</p><p class="ql-block"> 劳动教育是中华民族的优良传统。从《诗经》中“夙兴夜寐，洒扫庭内”的家风，到陶行知先生“生活即教育”的理念，都在告诉我们：劳动的双手能托起梦想，实践的脚步能丈量远方。</p><p class="ql-block"> 在此，我向全体同学发出倡议：</p><p class="ql-block"> 1.从身边小事做起：认真完成卫生值日，珍惜他人劳动成果；</p><p class="ql-block"> 2.在家庭中担当责任：主动分担家务，感恩父母辛劳；</p><p class="ql-block"> 3.在社会中贡献力量：参与志愿服务，用行动传递温暖。</p><p class="ql-block"> 五一劳动节就要来临，不要忘了我们的实践作业：用可乐瓶制作无人机；食情画意——用简单的食材配句诗；做一枚橡皮印章。三选一，期待你们的作品。</p><p class="ql-block"> 我的分享到此结束，谢谢大家！</p>
