color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">四、大兴水库工程</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:15px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 湖南吉首大兴寨水库，地处吉首市矮寨镇，位于沅江流域一级支流峒河，与矮寨·十八洞·德夯大峡谷5A级景区毗连，是一座以防洪为主，结合供水、灌溉，兼顾生态补水等功能的大型综合水利枢纽。2022年6月25日，湖南大兴寨水库工程开工建设。该项目是国务院部署实施的150项重大水利工程之一，也是2022年重点推进的55项重大水利工程之一，总投资51.14亿元，总工期36个月。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:15px; font-size:15px;"> 吉首市大兴寨水库移民安置工作进展顺利，目前部分移民已入住新居，整体项目预计于2025年5月底全面完工。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size:15px;"> 1、移民安置区建设。截至2025年4月8日，大兴寨水库矮寨移民安置区B区部分房屋已完成主体封顶，预计5月底实现全面封顶。安置区整体建设进展顺利，移民群众即将入住新居。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size:15px;"> 2、移民搬迁与安置政策。搬迁范围：水库淹没影响区涉及吉首市大兴社区、大龙村、聚福村等区域，需搬迁安置人口1141户4802人。安置方式：移民可选择集中安置或分散安置，集中安置点为矮寨居民点，分散安置需在规定时间内签订协议并领取奖励。奖励措施：对在2024年8月15日前签订协议的移民户，政府提供3万元至1万元不等的奖励，逾期未签约者将由政府统一指定安置。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);
