class="ql-block">2025年2月17日是对越自卫还击战46周年纪念日，作者以军事学院孩子参加对越自卫反击战的照片和文字资料编辑这部美篇，献给所有宇花学校、解放路小学、宇花小学的同学们，献给所有军事学院的孩子们，献给所有部队大院的孩子们，献给所有参加对越自卫还击战的战友们。</p> <p class="ql-block">对越自卫还击战（又称中越边境自卫还击作战、对越自卫还击保卫边疆作战，越南称之为1979年北部边界战争或越中边界战争，国际上将其视为第三次印度支那战争的一部分），是指于1979年2~3月，中国人民解放军边防部队对在中越边境挑衅和入侵的越南军队进行的自卫还击作战。越南在苏联的支持下，对中国采取敌对行为。中国采取自卫措施，在短时间内占领了越南北部20余个重要城市和县镇，一个月之内宣布撤出越南。</p> <p class="ql-block">20世纪80年代，两国继续军事对抗，在罗家坪大山、法卡山、扣林山、老山、者阴山等地区又相继爆发了边界冲突，时间持续达十年，这就是众所周知的“两山轮战”。</p> <p class="ql-block">由于国内刚刚结束十年动乱，而且军队自1962年以来已经十多年没有打过大仗了（仅有1974年海军收复西沙群岛），中央军委决定以多击少，用牛刀杀鸡。中央军委任命广州军区司令员许世友上将为东线广西边防部队总指挥，调曾经在越南抗法战争中作为中国军事顾问援越的武汉军区司令员杨得志上将任昆明军区司令员，担任西线云南边防部队总指挥。</p><p class="ql-block">东线集团以第41、42、43、54、55军及欠149师的第50军组成，西线集团则以第11、13、14军和50军149师组成。装甲兵、炮兵、工程兵部队被最大限度配属给各军，广西、云南部队也配属进作战序列。</p><p class="ql-block">空军指挥航空兵13个师、1个航校、3个独立团、10个大队、1个电子干扰分队，出动各种飞机774架，担负境内巡逻防空任务；空军高炮和地空导弹部队担负机场对空保卫任务。</p><p class="ql-block">海军南海舰队在北部湾川岛以西各港口集结各型舰艇120余艘和海军航空兵作战飞机170余架待命行动。针对苏联海军可能在南中国海采取军事行动，南海舰队组建了一支代号为217的舰艇编队，随时准备打击苏越入侵西沙群岛，以及破坏中国海上钻井平台，空袭中国沿海港口和重要设施的行动。</p> <p class="ql-block">1979年对越自卫还击战前夕，王必成将军调离昆明，任武汉军区司令员。临阵换将，将军忍悲含愤，慨然离滇赴鄂。临行前，将军将一子一女送往前线参战。某日，将军夫人陈瑛告诉将军：“我们的媳妇也想上前线去。”将军连声说：“好，好。”陈瑛又悄声说：“媳妇已怀孕两个月了，怎么办？”将军斩钉截铁的说：““让她去！我不能参战，但我们家有三个半人参战，此愿可遂，此志可明了。”陈瑛凝视将军，不禁热泪夺眶而出。</p> auto;">战争分别由中国的云南省和广西壮族自治区两个作战方向，分为三个阶段进行。云南省作战由临时调任的熟悉越军战法的昆明军区司令员杨得志指挥；广西壮族自治区作战由当时的广州军区司令员许世友指挥。总共动用了9个军29个步兵师（分别为：11军、13军、14军、41军、42军、43军、50军、54军、55军及20军第58师、广西军区独立师、云南省军区独立师、广西军区2个边防团、云南省军区5个边防团）、2个炮兵师（炮1师、炮4师）、两个高炮师（高炮65师、高炮70师），以及铁道兵、工程兵、通信兵等兵种部队近56万兵力的解放军部队（例如，战前准备中各个甲种步兵师、乙种步兵师都扩编为12000人以上的临战编制），在约500公里的战线上对越南发动了突袭。</h3> <p class="ql-block">手中的钢枪是保卫祖国的誓言，冲锋的脚步是奉献祖国的忠诚，血染的战旗是胜利的召唤。</p> <h3>1979年2月17日6时40分，我国对越自卫还击战总攻正式打响。</h3> <p class="ql-block">1979年2月17日，在中越两国延绵500公里的边界线上，万炮齐发，对越自卫还击战正式开始，同一天的中国的《人民日报》发表《是可忍，孰不可忍》的文章，宣布对越开战。对越自卫反击战，解放军分为东，中，西3路大军越过中越边境发起攻击。</p> <p class="ql-block">1979年2月17日凌晨，在祖国南疆1300公里的边防线上，隆隆的炮弹划过黎明前的黑暗，一场震惊世界的“对越自卫还击战”打响了。</p> <p class="ql-block">轰鸣的炮声是复仇的怒吼，共和国的军人用一腔热血铸起了南疆边关界碑。</p> <p class="ql-block">解放军火箭炮对越南进行打击。</p> <p class="ql-block">井跃洲所在总后勤部汽车十七团在执行运输兵源任务，运送作战部队上前线。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">17日，东线的解放军在炮击过后迅速进入越南境内，分三路进入越南。其中南、北两路对越南北部重镇高平钳击。部队进入越南后，遭到了越军的疯狂阻击。北路41军绕过越军346师的正面防御，向班庄、扣屯进攻。负责向南穿插的42军以126师为主力，组成穿插部队，向越南高平省石安县县城东溪穿插。以59式、62式坦克搭载步兵组成的快速穿插部队迅速进攻，顺利攻克了东溪这个西北直通高平，东南可到谅山的战略要地。</h3> <p class="ql-block">坦克穿插。</p> <p class="ql-block">2月24日，解放军在东、西、南三个方向对高平发起攻击，经过7个小时激战，25日凌晨占领高平，但只消灭了越军地方部队，越军346师下落不明。随后，攻克高平的解放军对高平地区进行了清剿，遭遇越军346师撤出高平城的主力，经过长期的清剿，到3月上旬，歼灭了越军346师。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">解放军冲进高平市区</h3> <p class="ql-block">解放军进攻部队率先清理掉谅山周边的越军据点，到28日，谅山周边越军被消灭殆尽，谅山陷入解放军重围。3月1日，54军集中300余门大口径火炮对谅山市和周边附近越军驻地进行了30分钟的火力突袭，谅山一片硝烟滚滚，主要建筑变成废墟，而越军也使用化学武器进行还击。解放军步兵在坦克部队提供的直瞄火力的配合下，对谅山奇穷河以北市区进行全面攻击，到2日，北市区被攻陷，随后部队打过奇穷河，彻底占领南市区。整个谅山战役共歼敌万余人，越军308师大部被歼，整个谅山基本变成一片废墟。</p> auto;">随着谅山被解放军攻陷，整个谅山以南的一马平川呈现在解放军面前，河内无险可守。</h3> <p class="ql-block">163师进入谅山北市区。</p> <p class="ql-block">14军进入越南后，迅速集中火力，向各个据点发起进攻。40师进攻的，是黄连山省原省会老街，这里交通便利，但是越军驻军不多。解放军没有费多大工夫，到2月19日攻克老街。14军41师则顺利拿下了没有多少防守的孟康，其次41师攻下了发隆。2月22日，越南北部基本全部被攻克。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3月5日，东西两线解放军深入越南境内40公里，攻克越南北部一系列重镇，越南首都河内直接处于解放军的攻击之下，战略目的已经达到。3月5日，新华社发表声明，宣布自卫还击效果已经达到，中国边防部队开始撤军。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">搜索歼敌</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在撤军时，由于并没有停火，越军随时可能反击，所以参战部队进行了周密的部署。各部队交错掩护，逐渐撤回国内。在撤回的过程中，参战部队一路对越军进行清剿，彻底消灭了解放军占领区内抵抗的越军地方部队。在回撤过程中，解放军对越南北部城镇进行了基础设施破坏，并带走了大批工矿物资和武器，其中有很多是当初中国援助给越南的。在中国军队撤军后，越南北部的工矿业基本瘫痪。中国军队在后撤道路上遍埋地雷，用远程火炮队部队进行掩护，到3月15日夜，最后一支部队撤回国内。这一阶段的作战是进入越南境内进行大规模惩罚性作战，随着越南北部的被破坏殆尽，解放军胜利班师。</h3> class="ql-block">最近，刘舒帆在整理父亲刘慕涛留下的文字资料时，发现了一份纸质发黄发黑、大约有17页之多的文件。这份文件的标题是《发扬政治工作传统，开展战时政治工作的几点体会》，上面满是父亲用红笔蓝笔修改过的痕迹。这是时任陆军58师政治委员的父亲，在部队1979年对越自卫反击战胜利归来后，向武汉军区师以上干部会议所做的汇报。</p><p class="ql-block">细读这篇文章，虽然刘慕涛叔叔是从战时政治工作的角度，总结五十八师在这场战争中的经验教训，但同时让我们看到了这支部队当时的状态。仿佛把我们带进了那个充满热血和激情的年代，带上了对越自卫反击战的战场。</p><p class="ql-block">这篇文章先后发表在《解放军报》和武汉军区党委机关报《战斗报》上（照片由刘舒帆提供）。</p> <p class="ql-block">井跃洲曾是总后勤部汽车十七团“川藏线十英雄”的十一连副连长。于1969年12月入伍，服役期间除参加西藏高原运输和三线建设任务外，在1972年2月参加了赴老挝的“抗美援寮”战斗。1979年2月17日在西线参加了“对越自卫还击战”。</p><p -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他所在侦察大队于2月16日夜分多路突袭越过边境，负责军、师主要进攻方向、路线的穿插侦察任务。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在穿插过程中遇到穿越雷区、地图与现地路线不符、不时遭遇小股越军射击袭扰、路过村屯时易暴露行踪、侦察分队部分人员因在暗夜快速穿插不慎掉队等情况。更有少量越军侦察兵误把我穿插分队当做自己人在向后撤而盲目混入队伍的突发意外情况。在经过仔细核对后邹宁军和另一战士用消音手枪分别将两名越军侦察兵击毙。随后，穿插分队想了一个办法，就是在不能说话发口令的情况下，只要听到枪响，立即迅速卧倒，这样导致盲目混入我队伍的越军侦察兵不能作出正确快速的反应从而暴露自己，此时迅速将其击毙。此招果然奏效，既消灭了敌人避免误伤自己，又达到摆脱敌人的目的。</h3><p auto;">徐捍民是1984年底至1985年初约三个月的时间（正好是春节前后那段时间）去的中越边境，当时安徽省组织了一个由省文工团，省艺校，滁州地区文工团部分主要演职人员组成的慰问团去前线慰问参战部队，那时主要是各部队上去轮战，每年冬季越柬是旱季，我们打一下，给柬埔寨减轻压力。慰问团由省民政厅和省文化厅厅长带队。安徽省军区派孙副参谋长和徐捍民担任慰问团与部队的联络员（孙是领队）。同时收集部队先进事迹，回来对所属部队进行教育。安徽省慰问团沿中越边境广西段慰问了所有一线参战部队，徐捍民和孙副参谋长还到了部分一线部队的连、营、团指挥所及阵地，经历了炮战现场，访问了越军战俘营战俘。这些诗就是徐捍民当时写的。其中《最后的灵感》回沪后在上海文联举办的诗歌大奖赛获创作奖。</h3>
