郑州铁路技师学院简介资料提供：苏永盼英文翻译：崔广建 郑州铁路技师学院创建于1975年，隶属于中国铁路工程集团有限公司，属于高等职业教育范畴，系国家级重点技工院校，河南省示范性技工院校，国家职业技能等级认定中心，国家高技能人才培训基地。学院位于中国铁路重要交通枢纽、国家中心城市郑州市，交通四通八达区域位置优势明显。学院占地720亩，总建筑面积20万平方米。在校生10000余人，专兼职教师489人，其中高级专业技术职务68人，中级专业技术职务167人，高级技师、技师69人，技能大师3人，建校近50年来为铁路建设和社会培养了7万余名高素质的技术技能人才。学院设置有铁路工程测量、工程试验与检测(土建工程检测)、城市轨道交通技术、桥梁施工与养护、物资管理、电气自动化设备安装与维修、电气化铁道供电、铁道信号、电子技术应用、工程机械运用与维修、机电一体化技术、机电一体化技术、汽车维修、焊接加工、铁道机车车辆、工业机器人应用与维护、城市轨道交通运输与管理、城市轨道交通运输与管理、会计、电子商务等24个高中起点的高级工及预备技师专业和24个初中起点的高级工专业。学院建有220个多媒体教室，有1000台高配置的计算机机房；建有PLC、电气安装、低压电工、高压电工、机电一体化、楼宇自动化、桥式起重机等22个电气工程类实训室;建有汽车发动机、底盘检修、液压气动、盾构设备操作、工业机器人、机械装调、柔性制造、焊工、钳工等20个机被工程类实训室:建有混凝土、集料、土工、力学、水泥、化学检测、无损检测、桥隧施工、轨道精调、安全施工、装配式建筑、物资管理、数字测绘等18个铁道工程类实训室;拥有全站仪、水准仪、GPS、无人机等先进测量设备300余套；建有铁道电气化、铁道线路、铁道信号、牵引供电、汽车驾驶、测量实训、施工机械操作等20余个室外实训场所。可满足各专业学生实习实训、企业职工岗位培训、技能等级认定及各级各类竞赛工作。学院以服务社会为宗旨，以促进就业为导向，以培养高素质技能型人才为目标，坚持“现代化、高质量、有特色、创一流”的办学理念，实现了学院跨越式发展。学生毕业率达100%,职业技能鉴定合格率达98%以上，用人单位满意度达95%以上。实训基地：学院与中国中铁、郑州铁路局等企业紧密合作，紧紧围绕铁路产业对技能人才和企业员工岗位培训的要求，建成了铁道工程综合实训基地、盾构使用与维护综合实训中心、工程试验与检测实训中心、工程测量实训中心、计算机中心等数十个专业实训场地，实训基地总建筑面积43500m2，各类实训场地86个，仪器设备总价值近5500万元。校训：厚德笃学弘毅致强 Brief Introduction to Our CollegeProvided by Su YongpanTr. Cui Guangjian Zhengzhou Railway Technician College was founded in 1975. It is subordinate to China's Railway Engineering Group Co.Ltd,belonging to vocational qualifications of higher education.It is a national key technical school,a Henan Provincial exemplary technical school,the certification center of the national graded occupational skills and the national training ground for high skilled talents. Our college is located in Zhengzhou City,the national central city which is China's important hub of communications.Its transport and communication lines link up all parts of the country with an outstanding regional advantage.Our college covers an area of 720 mu with a total floorage of 200,000 square meters. Over 10,000 students have been registered in our college at present.There are 489 full-time and part-time teachers among whom 68 people have got titles of senior professional posts,167 of whom have got professional titles of middle rank, 69 of whom are senior Technicians and technicians, 3 of whom are great masters of technical ability. For nearly 50 years since its establishment, more than seventy thousand technical talents with high quality have already been trained for the railway construction and society by our college. Our college offers senior workers and probationary technicians based on the starting point of senior high school and senior workers based on the starting point of junior high school with 24 specialities respectively.These specialities include measurement of railway engineering,engineering experiment and testing which is also called civil engineering testing,technology of city rail transport,bridge construction and maintenance,handling of goods and materials,electrical installations of automation and repairs,power supply for electrical railway,railway signals,application of electronic technology,application of engineering machinery and repairs,technology of mechanical-electronic integration,automobile repairs,welding processing,railway locomotive vehicles,application and maintenance of industrial robots,city rail transport and management,accounting, e-commerce,etc. There are 220 multimedia classrooms and rooms with 1,000 computers of high configuration in our college. 22 categories of electric engineering experimental and training rooms of PLC,electric installations,electrical engineering of low voltage, mechanical-electric integration,building automation,bridge cranes have been built.20 categories of machinery engineering experimental and training rooms of automobile engines,examinations and repairs of chassis,pneumatic and hydraulic pressure,operation of tunnel shield equipments,industrial robots,installations and testing of machinery,flexible manufacture,welding,benchwork have been built.18 categories of experimental and training rooms of railway engineering of concrete,material collecting,civil engineering,mechanics, cement,chemical testing,non-damage testing,construction of bridges and tunnels,accurate testing,safe construction,assembly buildings,handling of goods and materials and digital survey have been built.300 sets of total station,level instruments,GPS UAV have been owned.Over 20 open air experimenta and training places of railway electrics,railway lines,railway signals,towed power supply,automobile driving,measurement of experiments and training,operations ofconstruction machinery have been established,which meets the needs of students' internship and training of different specialities,on-the-job training of staff of enterprises,level recognition of skills and all kinds of work of contests. Our college aims at serving the society,creating jobs and training technical talents with high quality.Modernization,high quality,feature and excellence are the concepts of education.Great-leap forward development has been accomplished.Students' rate of graduation reaches 100 percent.The acceptance rate of staff professional appraisal accounts for 98 percent.Employing units' satisfaction reaches 95 percent. Testing and Training Bases Our college coorperates with REG,Zhengzhou Railway Administration closely,arranging the demands of post training of technical talents and staff of enterprises around these concerns.Ten specialized training places of comprehensive training base,comprehensive training center of the use and maintenance of tunnel shields,training center of engineering experiment and testing and computer center have been founded.The entire training base covers a construction area of 43500 square meters.86 other different kinds of training grounds have been made.The total value of instruments and apparatus costs 55，000，000 yuan RMB.
