font-size:22px;">万隆广场舞队</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:22px;">领导班子礼赞</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:22px;"> 万隆广场舞队始建于二O一二年十月,至今己走过了十三个年头。近几年，老年舞友减员较多究其原因,一是有的转入到地下,二是有的搬迁到外地,三是有的受年迈体衰或疾病困扰难以下楼所致。但与此同时,也有不少中老年新成员不断涌入本队。他们有的是新入驻本小区的中老年朋友,也有万宝一区、三区,奥维新苑小区,昌升国际小区的中老年朋友加入进来和我们一起度过晚间一个小时的美好时光。这充分体现了万隆广场舞队具有强大的吸引力和凝聚力.他们的到来,增添了舞队的新鲜血液和活力,部分添补了由于减员造成的空缺。他们这批人中,有的已经成为我队的精英和骨干,为我队的持续发展立下了汗马功劳。让我们向他们表示热烈的欢迎和崇高的敬意！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:22px;"> 万隆广场舞队经久不衰原因很多，但我认为最最重要的一条是:我们舞队有一个精明强干、全心全意为舞友服务的领导班子。目前,我队除有两名队长外,尚有教练员兼音响师两名，教练员兼领舞员两名，战斗在岗位上。他们舍小家顾大家,不惧寒暑,不畏艰苦,风里来雨里去,为了我队舞友不断奔波忙碌着。雨后带头除水,雪后带头清雪,常年保持舞场的整洁和美观。广场灯不亮,他们四处找人查,音响出故障他们找人修.每当新舞面世前，姜队和教练员，领舞员都提前在家盯着视频反复学，反复练，直到精准到位后，才肯拿出来一遍一遍的不厌其烦的教给舞友们。舞友们面对教练员、领舞员的直观示范教学,都感到学的挺吃力,挺辛苦。但我们有没有想到她们在家里自学时是怎么熬过来的,难道她们不知道辛苦吗?音响师负责开关音响.每天都要提前到岗,检查确认音响设备完好无损,保证准时播放舞曲。舞毕,检查确认一切正常,方可关闭电源落锁后才能回家休息。一旦广场电路出现故障,大音箱无法开启,只能使用备用小音箱，用后还需拖拽着找电源充电。有时找不到,就得背到目己家去充,其辛苦程度不言而喻。我进队时间稍晚些，听说建队之初,音响是班子成员带头,发动大家集资购置的.有的捐几十,有的捐几百,宋队捐的最多,总共捐了三四千.音响外面的大铁柜,听说是宋队求助焊工朋友焊成的。而钢筋、铁皮等原材料是宋队四处化缘求来的,为舞队节省了不少开支。大家知道,万隆广场舞队领导班子成员,在舞队是没有薪水可拿的,也没有任何福利待遇。他们自认辛苦不说,有时还要倒贴,试问天底下有这样的领导班子吗？你一生中遇到过几个?当下,在万隆广场舞队,我们就遇到了这样的领导班子。这是天意,是上天赐予我们的洪福。我们有什么理由不好好学,不好好跳呢?有什么理由不积极参加舞队组织的各种活动呢?</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:22px;"> 退休后,我告别了工作四十一年的兰西县,被子女们接来大庆安度晚年。初到大庆,我的三个子女的三个孙辈孩子都还小,最大的刚到入学年令。待他们陆续上学后,我就义不容辞的担起了接送和辅导任务。几年后,其中一个孩子初中毕业考取了新加坡公费留学。另外两个孩子高中毕业，先后考入了北京理工大学。这本是件好事,但他们先后走出家门外出求学,剩下我在家无所事事,感到很空虚,很寂寞。正当六神无主之时,好友邀请我加入了万隆广场舞队。自此开启了我的全新生活，在舞队我结交了许多忘年之交。他们知我、懂我、关心我、呵护我,给我以慰籍,给我以温暖。舞队成为我的“家外之家”,到了舞队就像到了家一样的感觉。进队十年来,只要我身在大庆，就一次不落的参加舞队的一切活动,风雨不误。几年来,我为舞队制做了6个美篇,抒发了我对舞队的钟情和热爱,感恩舞队领导班子成员的无私付出和奉献。今天我为舞队所做的第7个美篇,是专为目前在岗的6位领导核心成员所做的。意在唤起广大舞友对我们舞队的关心和热爱,对舞队班子成员的感恩和崇敬。希望舞友们有生之年积极参加舞队活动。在两位队长领导下，在班子成员的细心呵护下,翩翩起舞,跳出团结,跳出友谊,跳出健康,跳出精气神.让我们的晚年生活更丰富,更精彩！让我们的夕阳 变朝阳,更灿烂,更辉煌!</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="font-size:22px;
