<p class="ql-block"><b>冯明宪（中国台湾）</b></p><p class="ql-block">Feng Mingxian (Taiwan, China)</p> <p class="ql-block"> 冯明宪，<b>世界文化名人，第7届世界文化交流伟大贡献奖得主，世界文化大使勋章获得者，世界名人研究院终身院士</b>，北京水木梧桐创业投资管理有限公司管理合伙人，亚太芯谷科技研究院院长。1960 年3 月出生，中国台湾台南县人，毕业于新竹清华大学（学士学位） 及美国伊利诺大学香槟校区（博士学位）。</p><p class="ql-block"> 自1989-2001 年于美国伊利诺大学香槟校区取得材料博士后即返回台湾新竹交通大学材料科学研究所任教研究，担任副教授职位，1994 年取得正教授职衔；1990-1992 年任新竹交通大学材料科学与工程研究所所长；1994-1997 年间担任中国台湾国家科学委员会国家毫微米元件实验室副主任，于任教研究期间，指导博士、硕士研究生六十余人，发表论文超过二百篇，专利三十项，专书十一本，并积极参与专业学会活动及服务工作，担任中国材料科学学会秘书长，台湾电子材料与元件协会秘书长。 1997 年分别获颁中国材料科学学会及台湾电子材料与元件协会杰出服务奖。 1990 及 1997 年入选《中国台湾当代名人录》，1991年入选《世界名人录》。1997 年起组织发起两岸半导体学术研究及产业发展研讨会，促进两岸半导体交流发展，并自1997 年起参与中国大陆半导体产业计划，1997 -1998 年期间参与中国无锡华晶微电子基地改造工作，推动上华半导体设立及筹备营运，1999 年起成立大茂电子公司担任董事长，与北京清华大学微电子学研究所五吋 CMOS工业试验线合作，促成其由实验线转化为商业化生产线，于2002 年达全商业化量产。2000 年筹备设立亚太科技开发有限公司，担任执行长，着手推动在大陆建设由民间投资的晶圆生产制造基地，2002 年于宁波保税区成立中纬积体电路（宁波） 有限公司，担任董事长，配合台湾积体电路股份有限公司六吋晶圆厂大陆转移计划，完整将台积电公司晶圆一厂转移至宁波北仑保税区，为中国大陆的半导体制造业开拓了一条新的发展道路。2004年参与育成深圳市天微电子股份有限公司，2012年成立厦门天睿电子有限公司，同年入选厦门市“双百计划”创业领军人才，2013年入选中国福建省“百人计划” 高层次创业创新人才。2019年参与创办亚太高科技产业发展促进协会，担任副会长，2020年加入中国北京水木梧桐创业投资管理有限公司，作为管理合伙人参与半导体及科技产业投资，2021年创办亚太芯谷科技研究院，担任院长。基于个人过去持续稳健而循序渐进的参与中国半导体产业的发展以及对半导体产业的深入研究，相关活动记录及贡献已逐步得到国际肯定，因此分别在2002 年及 2004 年由美国传记学会 （American Biographical Institute，ABl） 推荐入选为“科学领头人’（500 Leaders of Science，2002） 以及推荐入选为“世界领头知识分子”（ Leading Intellectuals of the World ，2004），被中国厦门大学及俄罗斯西南国立大学分别于2014年和2022年聘为兼职教授及博士生导师。</p><p class="ql-block"> 2024年1月31日荣获第7届世界文化交流伟大贡献奖，世界文化大使金质勋章，其个人近照，杰出成就入编2024中英双语版《世界名人录》（综合卷·文化卷），2024中英双语版《世界名人录》(综合22卷)由世界名人研究院主编，世界圣火艺术研究院，世界文艺界杰出文艺家联合会协编。</p> <p class="ql-block"> Feng Mingxian, a world-renowned cultural figure, winner of the 7th World Cultural Exchange Great Contribution Award, recipient of the World Cultural Ambassador Medal, lifelong academician of the World Celebrity Research Institute, managing partner of Beijing Shuimu Wutong Entrepreneurship Investment Management Co., Ltd., and president of the Asia Pacific Silicon Valley Technology Research Institute. Born in March 1960 in Tainan County, Taiwan, China, graduated with a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University in Hsinchu and a doctoral degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in the United States.</p><p class="ql-block"> After obtaining a materials doctoral degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign from 1989 to 2001, he returned to the Institute of Materials Science at Hsinchu Chiao Tung University in Taiwan to teach and research, serving as an associate professor. In 1994, he was appointed as a full professor; From 1990 to 1992, he served as the Director of the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering at Hsinchu Jiao Tong University; In 1997, he was awarded the Outstanding Service Award by the Chinese Society for Materials Science and the Taiwan Electronic Materials and Components Association. In 1999, it established Damao Electronics Co., Ltd. as its chairman, Collaborated with the Institute of Microelectronics at Tsinghua University in Beijing to transform the 5-inch CMOS industrial test line from an experimental line to a commercial production line, achieving full commercial mass production in 2002. In 2000, preparations were made to establish Asia Pacific Technology Development Co., Ltd. as the CEO, to promote the construction of a wafer production and manufacturing base with private investment in mainland China. In 2002, Zhongwei Integrated Circuit (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. was established in Ningbo Free Trade Zone, serving as the chairman. In cooperation with Taiwan Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd.'s six inch wafer factory mainland transfer plan, TSMC's wafer factory was fully transferred to Ningbo Beilun Free Trade Zone, It has opened up a new development path for the semiconductor manufacturing industry in mainland China. In 2004, he participated in the cultivation of Shenzhen Tian Microelectronics Co., Ltd. In 2012, he established Xiamen Tianrui Electronics Co., Ltd. In the same year, he was selected as a leading entrepreneurial talent in the "Double Hundred Plan" of Xiamen City. In 2013, he was selected as a high-level entrepreneurial and innovative talent in the "Hundred Talents Plan" of Fujian Province, China. In 2019, he participated in the establishment of the Asia Pacific High tech Industry Development Promotion Association and served as vice president. In 2020, he joined Beijing Shuimu Wutong Entrepreneurship Investment Management Co., Ltd. in China as a management partner to participate in semiconductor and technology industry investment. In 2021, he founded the Asia Pacific Silicon Valley Technology Research Institute and served as the president. Based on my past steady and gradual participation in the development of China's semiconductor industry and in-depth research on the semiconductor industry, the records and contributions of related activities have gradually been recognized internationally, Therefore, in 2002 and 2004, he was recommended by the American Biographical Institute (ABl) to be selected as a "500 Leaders of Science" (2002) and a "Leading Intellectuals of the World" (2004).
